Nice selection, the store was well organized and very tidy. The associate greeted me but gave me space to look around. She was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions and sold me a pair of cowboy boots.

Went in to buy 2 pairs of boots for me and my partner.
We browsed the very good range (very large). But couldn't find appropriate sizing (boots size stickers were not available on the shelf except for 10.5 up)
Went to speak to the staff about sizing and trying on a couple of pairs, to which I was brushed off and told "they are normal shoe sizing".
We decided to leave and try another store.

No greeting upon walking into the store. Was prepared to buy new boots and hat. Two staff working and talking with each other and refused to help or ask if we needed help. Such a disappointment.
EDIT: I also checked out another location the same day as I really wanted a new pair of boots and a hat. This location had 3 staff members. Thankfully I was greeted but then ignored the whole time. I felt I was profiled as someone not going to spend money in their store when a staff member walked passed me and asked if the other customers needed help and then walked passed me again heading back to the till and I even made eye contact and smiled to see if I was going to be offered help like the other customers who were of a different race as me and they were much older. I ended up shopping at a competitors and receive phenomenal service and got what I needed. Do not judge people on how they look or what age they are.

I had a manufacturer issue with a pair of month old boots, after a couple days head office got back to me and resolved the issue, although it should have been handled in store the first time, the repeat visits were inconvenient but they did resolve the issue, eventually

I recently purchased western attire from this store and was impressed by their customer service. The Ropers I chose were not available in black so they ordered them in from their warehouse in Edmonton and I received them within 2 days.
In addition to that, the new belt I purchased was defective so I returned it. The sales guy named Jayden was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in that store.
He assisted me with a new replacement for my defective belt and explained the significant differences between the brands.
He also educated me in the boot section which will help me choose my next pair of boots.
Great place all around.

What more can be said, Western Wear & Tack says it all!
I really can't say the last time I bought a pair of nice boots, let alone cowboy boots. But I figured since I was out west, at least get a pair of really nice boots.
Jayden, I hope I spelled it right buddy, was super helpful. I wish more stores could be like Lammle's and have workers like Jayden. He guided me through what to look for, and worked with me to find the right pair, or as he put it, the Cinderella boot.
I can't wait to wear my new boots! So happy with the experience, that if I am ever back here, I am going to Lammle's.

I was a bit skeptical of coming here as I did not want to go through the mall. However the entrance is separate from the mall and they have reserved parking out front which was a pleasant surprise.Staff was friendly, and helped me locate pants in a specific size that I was looking for. Prices and justifiable.
