We just travelled 45 minutes too lamlees in Calgary and their website said it was open. We got there and they had closed there doors permanently. Never going too shop there again. Please take your location on Shawnee off your website. Very annoying

On June 18th, I purchased a hat for $52.45 for my job at Stampede, where I work outside. I liked the hat because it fit well to my head, was breathable, and had a chin strap as so it won't fly off my head.
Flash forward, I'm wearing this hat the first week of Stampede, and the back of the hat begins to come apart from the wire, which I thought was strange, since it was from Lammles, who specializes in Stampede hats, so I took my hat with the receipt to a store on park.
Understandably, they told me I cannot return nor exchange the hat there, since it's a pop-up store, and to take it the the original store I bought it at.
On July 19th, I called Lammles and told them the situation, and right away the manager sounded very dismissive, cold, careless, and downright rude. Not the type of customer service I would ever expect from Lammles. She proceeded to tell me to come in before 1pm that day, as she finished her shift at 1.
So before 1 I arrived, with my hat to exchange it with a different hat--unfortunately without my receipt as I had lost it--telling the the cashier my situation offering to show her my bank information proving I bought the hat. The cashier smiled, and was very understanding, saying she would take the hat to show her manager, who was in the back of the store. About 3 minutes later she comes out, looking a bit sad, and says she can't do anything, not return nor exchange, because it's been worn. I never spoke to the manager herself in person, I never saw her, nor got to discuss this matter with her at the store, it was still before 1:00, so I don't really understand the reason why she wasn't out on the floor.
I recall reading my receipt from before, Lammles' policy was to return anything as long as it wasn't underwear and it was within the 30 days. I couldn't do the thirty days to a permanent store, as I was working 12 hours everyday, with no time to spare, and the 19th of July was my first day off.
I was extremely disappointed by the manager's behaviour on the phone, and also for not coming to talk to me herself.
I understand I was beyond the 30 day mark, although it was impossible for me to make it to the store in time.
I will never walk into this store again, and possibly never a Lammles again, and I will share my experience with as many people as possible, so they will know to shop elsewhere. Because I work really hard to make $52.45, as I only work minimum wage, and the fact my hat only lasted not even a month, is extremely sad, especially since I only wore it for 8 days, when I expected so much more from Lammles.

They have a good selection but staffing/cutomer service is aweful, not even a hello. Need something off the wall? find the stick yourself and bring it down yourself. First time I walked out due to no help, second time i did pick up a shirt but still no help. I won't be going back

If you are looking for western ware this is the place for you. I went in for cowboy boots and the woman clerk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about finding me the right shoes I left the store very content with my purchase. Boots fit perfectly. .
