Absolutely love this store! The best retail staff I’ve encountered, who really care about their customers and put in lots of TLC into making sure customer needs are met! These ladies are the absolute sweetest and so helpful and honest when it comes to helping decision making. I would 100% recommend coming to this Laura location.

Today, I'm feeling really upset. My wife purchased a dress from LAURA for $209, but it was in a purple color which I don't like. I requested a return for a different color. Since the purchase on December 6, 2023. When my wife went to return the dress today (Dec 12), they claimed there was a smell in the dress, even though we hadn't worn it. The manager behaved rudely. When I returned from work and heard about it, I decided to try returning it at South Mall to avoid creating any issues. When I went the store there, the CrossIron staff informed them about the alleged smell and advised against accepting the return.I again went to CrossIron to try, and the manager there treated me in a similar disrespectful manner. I urge everyone to be aware that there might be hidden aspects in LAURA's return policy, as they cite a smell issue when refusing returns. I won't have expectations of returning items to LAURA in the future because they might claim a smell during the return process. Kudos to the excellent staff at CrossIron LAURA who treat customers as if they are nothing.

This place is sucks the should do something about there customer service a lady named her Shannon was rude and mannerless she didn’t helped us with our shopping and when i asked for manager she said i am the manager and when i requested the customer service number to complain about her she denied to provide me that as well. She don’t the deserve the position and shouldn’t work anywhere shame to Laura for hiring her.

This was the first time I purchased in laura and will be my last thanks to the terrible experience. I purchased a dress online and went to return it. The lady who attended was absolutely horrendous. Instead of checking her records on when it was delivered, she was suspicious on when it was delivered since it was ordered a month back (due to 14 day return policy). I kept telling her it was less than a week and she kept asking about it again and again. I had to show her email confirmation on delivery. The order email did not say exchange only, but she said it was 50% off, so it is exchange only. "Sometimes they don't put it, but it's exchange only." What kind if policy is that?? I ended up paying buying a dress and paying more at the end. Never am I returning to the store or buying in Laura. Hire better people and provide better customer service if you want to stay in business!

Pathetic staff . Neither friendly nor they do their job for which they get paid. Saturday 22 July I got into the store no one noticed, I selected two tops and went to the trial room , no one bothered, I came to the counter for payment the lady at the counter said' 'just two mins'' then she kept on doing her paper work for another 5 mins then left the counter and went inside not to come back , another staff came with some big issue with another customer and was busy with them , the third staff lady said she is not allowed at the counter! So I came out of the store without any purchase ,leaving behind my selection of half an hour and waiting at the counter for 15mins. Right now again I am wasting my time to review this experience of mine at LAURA as what I wrote is not a positive review so it will not be appreciated.SINGLE STAR IS ONLY FOR THE COLLECTION and there is no other option to select less than that.

After a not-great experience at the Crossiron location, I came to this one to exchange a dress I purchased online.Bobbi helped me in the fitting room giving me her true opinions on a dress I selected for a work gala. She went and found me a jacket when I told her I may want to cover my shoulders for my event and even paired some jewelry with my outfit.The checkout was a delight and all of the girls working here made my experience so pleasant. Thank you again!

This review is for regular sizes Laura (main floor)Excellent customer service. All the staff are very nice and helpful! The store is clean and organized! Very good quality of clothing as well. I did not find some of the stuff that I was looking for because they are sold out in-store but they can help you order it online. Quick check out. Will definitely be coming back.

Went to the store to be told that I cannot get a refund on a gift card after inquiring a couple of times. And then called help line and they were more than happy to get it done. Laura help center called the store and then they were ready to do this after me being told that it's IMPOSSIBLE. Terrible customer service at this location.
