Since 2019, my then "girlfriend” often spoke of Leno Fine Jewellery. She mentioned that she has known Marie for over 20 years and that Leno's products, service, and customer experience are amazing.
When the time was right, I decided to schedule an appointment to chat with Marie about an engagement ring. Like all previous reviews, the experience was second to none!
Marie’s level of knowledge and expertise was evident from the start. As I explained the ring design I wanted, Marie actively listened to capture all the details and worked with me to ethically source and create the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend.
I will admit, I was “that customer” who wanted the perfect diamond, but Marie was patient throughout the entire process. She always took the time to explain the details, offered her perspective, and ensured I was well informed before making any decisions.
Between ring design, viewing the ring mold and sourced diamonds, Marie always went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Because of Marie, I was extremely confident in my choices throughout each step of the process, from concept through to the final stage of seeing the actual ring. I was blown away! The quality of natural diamonds was phenomenal, and the craftsmanship was extraordinary.
My bride to be said "Yes"! We can’t recommend Leno enough for your next piece of fine jewellery.

Marie was absolutely wonderful guiding us through the ring design process, amongst various options within our budget. Her kind and cheerful disposition puts the buyer at ease right from the start. Her integrity shines through when she provides suggestions based on both professional expertise and personal experiences (14K vs Platinum bands). One would be hard-pressed to find a finer sales consultant in Calgary to walk you through the process of shopping for a ring. No need to shop elsewhere, Marie will make your decision worthwhile and easier!

I’d been to Calgary Jewellers and David Yurman, both were lacking in what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I was calling around with my fiancé trying to find something perfect. Marie called me back and I told her what I was looking for, she let me know they have a few options available and I went in. When I got there, she had all the rings set out and ready for me to choose from. My fiancé and I both immediately saw the perfect ring! Not only were the stones natural (so rare) but the ring was the best priced of all the stores/boutiques we had visited (even rarer). The service is 10/10, the quality is impeccable, and the pricing is unrivalled. By far the best jewellery store in Calgary, my fiancé and I will be coming here for all our future jewelry needs.
