Went in on a Saturday and spent $130 on a pair of jeans for a family dinner that night. Got home and realized they conveniently left the security tag on my jeans. I then had to drive 40 minutes back to the mall the next day and asked for compensation (in store credit, or even a coupon) to make up for the gas I lost. As we all know the economy is garbage right now so I believe others would also feel they deserved compensation. Compensation was denied from the manager, at least they said sorry.
Always check for your security tags before you leave the mall because they WILL NOT compensate for their mistakes.
I worked as a manager in retail myself and would make these mistakes myself, and when I did, I would do my best to compensate the customer to the best of my abilities. A discount on my next purchase would have been nice.
Sad to see people just don’t care anymore.

I had an excellent experience at this store. Everyone was super helpful, especially the store manager. She helped me personalize my overalls and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but she gave me the best customer service I’ve had in years. I’m in the service industry myself and I just wanted to let her know that she made my day brighter. Thanks so much!

Only washed twice and they have a hole in the back pocket. Not the same quality these days. Might as well go to Costco or Walmart?

This is the only Levi's store in the city with an in-house tailor. They charged me $47 to take in and shorten the waist on my favourite pair of jeans, which seemed expensive but honestly, it was worth it. Sara's work is flawless!

Last Wednesday I visited the Market Mall store to enquire about a pair of jeans I wished to purchased. With the fantastic assistance from Lena I was able to order them and even qualified for the 40% discount for Black Friday. I was so impressed with the help I received and was informed they would be delivered Dec 1. Much to my surprise they arrived in my mail box on Nov 27. My grandson will be delighted when he opens his gift on Xmas morning as i had told him they were not available in Canada. Fantastic customer service and rapid delivery.
