Last Wednesday I visited the Market Mall store to enquire about a pair of jeans I wished to purchased. With the fantastic assistance from Lena I was able to order them and even qualified for the 40% discount for Black Friday. I was so impressed with the help I received and was informed they would be delivered Dec 1. Much to my surprise they arrived in my mail box on Nov 27. My grandson will be delighted when he opens his gift on Xmas morning as i had told him they were not available in Canada. Fantastic customer service and rapid delivery.

I had a very bad customer service with the tailor woman who was doing my customized denim jacket! The stitching are pulling out when I checked and bring it home. The problem is improperly threaded that cause looping the stitches. She told me she will do it again, because I've said to her I'm not happy with the outcome of her work! I've asked her to refund my payment, but she refused it. It was my birthday gift for myself and I've waited more than two weeks to pick up this denim jacket and she will says to me, she will do it again. So disappointed..Thanks Sara! I appreciate your help in this situation and I thank you for taking this matter for me. My denim jacket now is AWESOME!

Had a great experience at Levi’s today. We were promptly greeted and assisted by Julia who was friendly and helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she helped us find the perfect fit and wash. I am thrilled with the amazing service and happy with my first pair of Levi jeans I’ve had since I was a kid.

It was really busy the day I went but I can see why. The selection is good and the quality is awesome. The staff member who helped me was Julia and she was friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. Good atmosphere and will be back.

Very rude staff. Girlfriend discreetly asks for her size and the woman working blurts out we don't have your size. If someone is asking just you a size to respond to the whole store.

Ethan was wonderful! Super knowledgeable and personable he helped me select multiple cuts of Jean and didn’t seem phased with my 101 questions. Absolute credit to the team, so nice to see customer service alive and well!

My girlfriend came home after attempting to return an item deeply hurt because the employees repeatedly called her fat to her face. Disgusting unprofessional conduct from the staff. Will never go here and advice others to do the same.

Jose did an incredible job. I didn't have to leave the change room as he politely inquired what worked and what didn't, and then brought me new pairs to try. I've never had an experience like this where the sales representative goes so far out of their way to make sure I get what I need.
