Picked up my new NX yesterday. Great experience. Scott France in sales helped me choose which Lexus would be a good fit and then kept me posted on what was happening in the factory as I waited for it to show up. Meagan Shaughnessy in financial was incredibly helpful and handled all the little details. Danilo Kaeser helped me to get acquainted with my new car. So many new features and all of them iPad/iPhone like. He covered just enough to get me going and also intrigued about other features. Very helpful! Driving home was fun!

In 2024 we purchased two new Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Calgary. The purchase and service experience have been exceptional. We had a small issue with the first vehicle and service fixed the issue immediately and provided exceptional service. Our first experience with the 6 month check up was also fantastic. I would highly recommend purchasing a Lexus from Lexus of Calgary.

I recently purchased a new IS350. My salesperson, Louai was a pleasure to deal with from the start. He was knowledgeable, professional, and with some legwork on his end, able to procure the colour combo and features I wanted in this car. Really impressed with this Dealership, they are not pushy and their prices for addons such as block heater and dealer fees are very fair. I had a wonderful experience buying my NX450H+ from start to finish. I would particularly recommend Jacob Wernitznig (Jake) who was so kind, professional and got me my new car faster than I expected.

We enjoy the excellent service from Bryan Wong, Product Advisor, and Jonah Brown, Delivery & Tech Specialist. Bryan always responded quickly and was flexible to fit our busy schedule. I was a slow learner for the new car. Jonah was very patient with me guiding me on how to operate the new car and answered all my questions professionally. Way above expectation! Rarely seen customer service, a world class. Kudos to Moustafa who extend his patience through out the process. The team over all are very helpful. Highly recommended. My most recent service appointment experience was 10/10 as usual with their service department. The service staff got me in immediately after a phone call regarding a severe windshield chip and were able to make the necessary repair. This is another example of why, for the last 20 years, I have purchased all my vehicles at Lexus of Calgary. The vehicle quality and customer service has been outstanding throughout.
