We recently had our side mirror replaced. The staff in Service and Parts were amazing. They found a matching mirror, which we thought was impossible, but they did it. The professional manor in which we were treated was outstanding. Everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend Lexus of Royal to everyone.

We have had nothing but great service from Lexus of Royal Oak. The service department is convenient to book and we always book in for a mani or pedi at the same time, stopping to pick up a nice warm drink from the barrista on the way upstairs to the salon. The vehicle is always nice and clean when we get it back as well and they go over in detail what has been done each time. A very pleasant experience.

Had my vehicle serviced here recently and the process was so smooth and wonderful. The hospitality while waiting for my vehicle was fantastic: hot coffee and pastry -- and the spa! Nozomi was so kind and appreciated her relaxing service so much. Thank-You so much.

Coffee bar and lady making the coffee is the best experience while servicing vehicle and waiting. Complimentary inside cleaning is really mediocre, some areas are nicely cleaned, some are completely missed. My biggest beef with the service desk staff is, that when I have some negative comments or complaints about my 1 year old RX 350, they pretty much look offended how I dare to voice such things. Nobody to talk to honestly and I have a lot of small things to point out about my vehicle that could get corrected and updated in the future. One time I was told that my alignment didn't pass and I should fix it, I didn't because I had a feeling that they're trying to make extra money on me. When they tested my vehicles alignment at the next service, everything was excellent, go figure.

I used to go to Lexus of Calgary, Heritage but I recently moved to the NW and have been taking it to Royal Oak. The service is okay, but I don't think they are truly Lexus level service. Everything their Service Agents recommend is to pad their bottom line -- for non-essential fixes, bulbs, oils, fluids. Their standard is if something is wearing or broke, don't fix it, replace the entire module for thousands of dollars. Even when you ask for a loaner car, Royal Oak is the only lexus that charges you $10 per day service charge. It's free at the other Lexus. I'm already paying $300 for an oil change, and they ask me for $10 for gas for their loaner? Have you ever heard of a test drive to increase Lexus loyalty? I recommend going across the street to the Toyota dealership. They are essentially Lexus and are certified to do all services -- but at half the price. No more donuts, coffee, or amenities anymore. This place has that "sketchy upselling" mentality that is not Lexus level.
