Standard nail salon, nothing fancy. I don’t think they gave me a new nail file or buffer. I do like the nails they gave me. I got a basic polish pedicure and shellac manicure, $73+ tip.

Booked for 2 pedicures. There was only one person there. Took double the time. Not a lot of colours available. New ownership definitely not as good as before. Won’t be back

After years of doing a Brazilian I basically need touch up and I get $10 off. Takes longer to do a pedicure at 40$ (45 min) and my waxing takes 10 min. Being charged 45$. Won’t be going back.

I have always had amazing service at Lilac. May and the ladies are attentive and make the experience fun and enjoyable, and the end result is always great. I’m a little worried about the change in management and am really sad that some of our favourite ladies are no longer there but time will tell.

Showed up for my appt and she was only staff on. I probably would have waited up to 30m, not even soaking for pedi. I left and went to another salon. Not great first impression.

I just got massage done on my feet and hands and they charged me $55 which is ridiculous!! With or without colour. WTH!
And when I asked why she said I gave you extra massage?!! What?

The owners are wonderful ladies who care about their service level. Great colour selection, fast and my nails always last 3 to 4 weeks.
