Was helped out by Kailey (not sure it’s spelled correct). Unfortunately, they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock. However, Kailey’s customer service was on TOP, grabbed me other shoes to try so I can get the right size and order online. Really helpful and kind. Definitely deserves some recognition.

The guy helping me didn’t even bother with getting me the right foot after I told him I’m trying on the left foot, seems like the employees there just wanted to get off work. Loved shoes there but employees there are not helpful at all

I was looking for a new pair of shoes and went down to Little Burgundy in Chinook Mall. I must say, the level of customer service I received from one of the store associates, Jay, was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. He answered all my questions about the products. I got exceptional customer service, and my grandma found him very sweet as he was very patient with answering all the questions she had related to the shoes. Truly made my shopping experience amazing.

If only I could post a review on the customer service team for Little Burgundy…Little Burgundy has essentially taken my money ($174) and is refusing to pay it back. Their customer service team is absolutely helpless and it truly feels like they do not care for their customers. I’ve been trying to contact their team for 2 months now and I’ve been redirected, put on hold, waited for emails and to no avail. It’s been an absolute waste of time and frankly I feel even more upset with how many hours were lost trying to contact someone about the money that has not been returned to me.The store at Chinook is great- the manager (Jai) is the only saving grace. He tried calling in my behalf and actually took the time to hear me out. I wish this could’ve gone differently since I love shopping here but unfortunately due to Little Burgundy’s horrible and unhelpful customer service, it really makes me not want to come back.$174 is so much money and it’s incredibly upsetting they have chosen to not do anything to either help me get it back or look into the situation further.Love Little Burgundy but if you’re trying to get your money back… you probably won’t. They scammed me.

Outstanding, had moisture issue with my blundstones, manager Jake took care of me by exchanging my boots on-site, looked up my receipt from a month prior and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Customer service at its finest. I purchase boots from them yearly and will continue to do so.

***UPDATE JAN. 2022***While I cannot delete the experience I went through, I will add that over the course of the last month, the HQ at LB really demonstrated they care about their customers. They have gone to great lengths to listen and have assured me they would use this as a learning lesson for the manager. I felt my concerns were addressed perfectly and was -happily- surprised how serious they took this. You have won me over as a future customer for this reason.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**You know what’s cool? When you go to buy a pair of boots that are marked at price “a” and the Staff confirm that price and when you get to the till is $60 more expensive and the staff want to sell it to you for the marked price because they admit the store made a mistake and then they check with the manager and the manager says no way. That’s what I call 2 star customer service. And it’s too bad because the staff were really nice and sympathetic.

I tried exchanging a defective pair of shoes at this location (was told by airdrie manager I can do so at any location) upon entering the store, I explained my situation. Employee grabbed manager Jaideep Bhandari. Jaideep was very hostile from the beginning and refused to return the shoes because they were worn. My partner explained that we spoke to the cross iron location manager who said this would be okay. Jaideep began with saying “I’m the manager and I say no” that’s fine. My partner made a quiet comment walking out the door. In the matter of 10 seconds this man was yelling and cursing at me and my partner and asked my partner to fight him and got in his face. There was many other customers in the store. He was cursing at us both and saying learn to respect a manager I’m going to find you, find your parents, etc. I have never in my life been treated this way in any retail environment or any type of environment for that matter. I was very scared and felt very threatened. I am still very shook up from this interaction. For the love of god fire this man or explain to him that is not how you speak to customers period let alone ones who shop often at their store. I don’t even want to return to another little burgundy store again after this interaction.
