I went here last week to get pictures taken for a license I am applying for. I handed the female receptionist at the Photo Lab the photo requirements needed for my license. Right away she says 'I cant do that. We don't take photos of 57mm' and showed me the computer screen.. the available sizes are increments of 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, 65mm, etc. I read the requirements on the paper slip I handed her and said that should be fine, can you take 60mm picture and cut it to 57mm, on this slip it says it can be cut down to a maximum of 57mm. She responds pissed off, ugh ok but its not guaranteed then and no refunds. Sure that's fine. She takes the photo pissed off, doesn't count to 3 or tells me to fix my hair or anything. She takes the wrong photo (head shot only) when the paper slip I gave her reads my shoulders are required to be in the photo. Half of the paper slip is an example photo she could have copied ... I did not say anything and just left. Waste of my time and $20.00 for a photo I cant even use

Recently I visited the 32nd Ave NE location which is actually in my neighborhood area. Mostly I go that location often & get good deals & some my ❤️favourite🤪 things r easily available & in Gooood Regular price ( 😊surprisingly without any Deal😎)…….Really. The cashier Bella is such a sweet person like her name BELLA💐. I believe that u guys r lucky to have her. Unfortunately nowadays we lack that kind of persons around us. Thanks for everything with ❤️

I visited London Drugs this morning for a Canadian passport photo. My brother didn’t like the photo, so we politely asked if it could be retaken. The staff member, who seemed to be the manager at the photo lab, responded rudely, saying, “It’s an ID photo, not a fashion show.”
The comment was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt dismissive in a way that could be perceived as racist. If you cannot treat customers with respect, that is unacceptable. Customers should be able to request a retake, even if an extra charge is required. What a racist manager!

I was dealing with the pharmacist technician name, Alex C worst customer service ever I was there with two sick kids with a stomach bug toddlers . I was having a hard time getting my insurance Paperwork which I needed help figuring out Alex was super rude aggressive just sounded really annoyed with me and was yelling at me just to find out that they are not even compounding pharmacy. The worst customer service ever my advice stay away from the pharmacy.
