I called in to see if they had a memory card I was looking for… Due to just recently purchasing a camera from marketplace. I told him I wasn’t sure which one I needed for the camera, and that the guy selling it to me didn’t include or tell me ( no biggy) . He then proceeded to tell me that out of all the cameras he’s bought in his years have never came with an SD card, with a tone of arrogance. It was pretty demeaning and made me feel idiotic for asking… I’ve worked in customer service as a waitress and at retail stores, and I know the number one job is to give advice and tell someone to have a nice day, neither was accomplished.
Do better, this sucked!

The renovations at the Brentwood location have been going on for months. Three times in the past few weeks I have gone in for cards, and all three times the cards were covered or inaccessible. The never ending renovations at this store highly are inconvenient, I won’t be back anytime soon.

Absolutely Terrible Service - Scammed and Held Hostage by Diagnostic Fee!
I cannot stress enough how TERRIBLE my experience with London Drugs has been. I bought AirPods from a marketplace, checked the serial number on Apple’s website, and everything seemed legitimate – even showing I had AppleCare! After they started malfunctioning, I took them to London Drugs, thinking they would be covered under warranty.
To my utter shock, they called me back and told me the AirPods were FAKE! Already devastated from being scammed, things somehow got even worse. The tech rep, Aayushi, had the nerve to tell me that they wouldn’t give me my AirPods back unless I paid a diagnostic fee. And here’s the kicker: the ONLY thing they did to “determine” they were fake was READ A LABEL that said “Made in Vietnam.” That’s right—no technical work whatsoever. They didn’t even bother opening them up, running any diagnostics, or doing any real work. They just looked at a sticker and are now demanding I pay for it!
What in the world am I being charged for? Looking at a label? This is beyond absurd. London Drugs is trying to squeeze money out of me for literally nothing, and they REFUSED to return my AirPods unless I pay up. They’ve essentially stolen my property and are holding it ransom for an outrageous fee that makes no sense.
I feel like I’ve been scammed TWICE—once by the marketplace and now by London Drugs. I went to them for help, and instead, I got hit with shady tactics and ridiculous charges for non-existent work. If you value your money, time, or sanity, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I wouldn’t trust them with anything!
Unbelievable. Never again.

Excellent passport photos and digital copies. Stephen was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Fast service and great people at the photo lab. Highly recommend this place.

We use curbside pick-up at this location. The customer service is consistently terrific. What prompted me to post a review today was a timely phone call from Dan this morning about an item I ordered online that was not available. He confirmed that a suitable (to me) substitution was available. In short, he provided the high level of customer service that sets London Drugs apart from so many retailers. Thank you Dan & to the team at Brentwood London Drugs.

I bought a battery package yesterday. They didn't work well. Right now, they told me I can't get my money back because they were opened. I never saw something like that here in Calgary. The male employee who was tall behaved really bad towards me. I won't buy anything here anymore.
