I have closer stores to my house but I drove all the way there for the great vegan candies options. Great prices and especially in January they have deals on vegan snacks, chocolate and candy.

If you’re looking for great service, knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices, head for THIS location! Chris, George, and Heather (@customer service) made our shopping experience worthwhile. Great selection of microwaves for this trip. (Never use microwave popcorn in a microwave…sigh!) Price matching. What else would you expect. Customer service IS #1 . Kudos!

I think it’s embarrassing that 4 associates and a manager can stand around and chat at the front when there is a line at the single till open and 3 guests checking out at the self checkout. When I needed an associate called to the self checkout, no one showed up. So I had to move to the following checkout and start the process all over again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY.
My father had purchased a VTECH home phone from them the 22nd of July, 2024. When I had came in 2 days ago asking about the return policy, the nice lady told me no worries just bring a proof of purchase, and I clarified that my dad was never given a receipt, but he has the debited transaction record on his card and I can show them that as proof of purchase, she CONFIRMED that they could use that as proof of purchase.
Now today I come into the shop, and the electronics department manager was:
1. extremely rude
2. incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful being that I know from the other lady that they can look up the transaction in their system since I have the product in hand, and the date it was purchased with the amount
3. his demeanour speaks for itself in terms of willingness to help a customer, and the effort he puts into his job (obviously not much)
I write this in their parking lot as this situation has absolutely destroyed any brand loyalty I may have had for them in past times.
Lesson learned, DO NOT purchase anything from London Drugs unless you are 110% sure you won’t return it, because they will do whatever they can to not give you $30 back.
The lack of support, professionalism, effort, and care are the reasons why this store will close in the near future.

My family and I came to get our passport pictures today around noon. We did not wait long, and the guy was accommodating to our 2 year old and even had a booster seat for him to use. The other location in the northeast did not even have this or bother to help me. He took great photos, and it did not take long. I would recommend coming here for passport photos.

Had a simple question to ask over the phone and the customer service person did the following to me 4 times in a row ! She said I'm going to put you on hold, cut me off before I could say anything, then I waited 6 to 10 minutes and it would go back to her and she would again not let me say anything before putting me on hold. What a joke. Horrific people on the phones, not sure if this person works at this particular location though.

Amy & Michelle M provided exceptional service today. The value I rec'd was typically LD and icing on the cake. One thing for sure - NOT Shoppers (Loblaws).
