Nicole ,the supervisor was a very unpleasant, non co operative and super rude lady who processed a return for me as if she was doing a favor to me. LONDON drugs should enrol her into cx service training programs in order to provide pleasant and legendary cx experience ?

Vanessa at the electronics was very polite, quick to help and very efficient. Today I came in looking for a case for my new MacBook Pro with zero knowledge about MacBooks. She was very nice and quick to identify the model and search the database to see if any cases are available. She even checked the clearance section for me.Great customer service. I will be back for sure

Customer service doesn't seem to exist in this store and they don't follow corporate policies regarding price matching.Came in today asking to price match a Sony camera bundle that is on sale literally everywhere but LD. All Best Buy's in Calgary are sold out of the bundle but they have stock online and so does Amazon. The guy at the camera counter told me straight "that's way below cost, I can't price match that. I have other customers to help" and walked away.Also, their hand sanitizer pumps at the tills are empty. You'd think being a drug store, they'd fill those...Luckily, another LD store was more than happy to take my business and match the Sony deal. I'll never come back to this location.

I am amazed at how every single employee we encountered with was so willing to help, and truly happy to provide guidance and assistance. If there’s incentives for employees at your establishment I hope Jackie, Lynn, & Carling receive a recognition.To be honest, I didn’t come to this location as often as there’s another LD closer to my residence. However, I was so moved by the service and care I received at this location, that from now on I will come the extra mile to make my purchases there. I’ll make sure everyone I know do the same.I’d like to praise CARLING as she is a gem of a personnel and an excellent role model for customer service. As someone who has been and still deal with customer satisfaction at work on a daily basis, I am very well familiar with the value and importance of it.I was so touched by the service I had received from her that I had to make sure the feedback is received by the managers and even in higher level managers. Carling assisted me with an item that I was looking for, and did not hesitate to go the extra step to check inventory and provide me with it. This happened three times, in different occasions, and the last time, when she realized how much effort I put to try online and calling other branches without getting a result; she has kindly offered to check the inventory on other locations and arrange a delivery to your store for me to pick it up. The item was something that I was buying for my mother, and when she told me she managed to find and put it on hold for me; I almost break in to tears.This might seems a simple gesture for some but for me, It was one the best Customer care service I have received in retail stores. The fact that they remained kind, friendly, following up, and ensuring we receive the service we needed without any attitude was priceless.Not to mention, when I called two other locations for asking for inventory/stock check for the same item, I received some standard answer and not even helpful.Everyone in this location are courteous and helpful. But above all, I hope you recognize Carling for the humble service she offers to your customers and if there’s any award, this employee is the most deserving.

The manager said I was a fine young person and looked past the puppet and made me feel tingly. I was welcomed and it made me feel better than I have in a long time. If you guys want to shop for candy canes and store bought games then this is the only place I could consider going for that. I am trying my best to walk that straight line. One foot, after the other. This has been a crazy last few years. It's like the world is a different place and I'm just trying to hold on. I got some socks here and they seemed to work fine but the darkness consuming my heart is still there ?. It's not London drugs fault that I wake up feeling so empty and seem to cruise through life on autopilot.Parking was good but I can't drive because I never learned because I am a huge loser.It's ok though, sometimes I just need to fix myself and try to not stare into the void too much.

spent like 30 minutes on the phone today trying to get an answer to one question. kept getting put on hold. no one would answer. process would repeat. just frustrating. customer service lady was nice in trying to help me out but some systems must be faulty since no one in the photolab department would pick up.

This is a great store with a huge selection of products. They have an amazing electronics department with televisions, computers and cameras. They also have a good selection of small appliances and even some food. There is also plenty of free parking.

the photo lab is super slow compared to other stores - the 130th location develops disposable cameras in a few hours while this location takes days.

I took some 110 film to the photo lab at the Acadia location and unfortunately the staff was not aware that this type of film can be sent out for development. Other locations confirmed over the phone that they still do develop 110, so I recommend a different location if you’re looking for film related services.

In the electric section, Walter is pretty rude; he will stare at you your entire visit; but ignore you when you go to speak to him. Whenever he works his coworker will speak to you instead; and if you ask about why he does that they just say that's how he is.
