Strange place.Hardly any staff. When you find someone available to help, they are friendly but tired. Then they use their personal phone to Google the product because that’s the only way to find the product number. Then they use the product number on their store provided device to locate the item.Items listed on the website as ‘available in store are nowhere to be found’.Only one cashier. Watched as a frustrated customer walked out without playing.Just a shameful gong show.Really miss locally owned hardware stores.

Lowes Sunridge has terrible customer service and communication. They have complete disregard for their customers situations and are fine to let the contractors they hire for their installations destroy homes with no recourse and no help for the customer in question. The assistant manager is rude and unhelpful and the manager doesn't care enough to respond to calls or emails. I will recommend that no one hires Lowes/Rona for installations. Absolutely the worst experience. can't give this business a worse rating. Several emails to other departments including head office have also received no response. And now there is a single mother trying to resolve this on her own in her almost unlivable, flooded house.

Nice people working there, but their merchandising policies are ridiculous.I was at the Sunridge store this afternoon to buy a Kohler medicine cabinet. According to their website there were 4 in stock. A very helpful (and ultimately very apologetic) fellow spent nearly 15 minutes trying to find one in stock. Apparently the cabinets had been delivered in May. We finally realized they were all hanging on display and apparently it's not permitted to remove one. And they won't order any more to have in store because they already have 4 in stock-- a real life Catch-22.Why have 4 on display when it's not possible to purchase one in-store? I have now ordered the cabinet (had trouble finding another local retailer who stocked this item or I would have given someone else the business) online and will have to return to the store when it arrives to pick it up. If it could be delivered at a reasonable price, I would have chosen that option, but at $79 for a $250 item, I'll drive the 8 km and pick it up myself.Apparently Lowe's (the corporation, not the people who work there) don't realize that their customers' gas and time is valuable.

First time at this location. Johnathan found me looking for stuff. He came right over and helped me. Just told me it's his tenth day on the floor. All I can say is you hired a superstar. Keep this guy, treat him well and move him up fast. 100% a professional employee

I would give this Lowes a 0 if I could. Customer service is horrible and rude. The employees talk behind the customers back and we can clearly hear what you are saying about us. Then the customer service employee is just as disrespectful when we asked a simple question, can clearance be returned or not? Even we wanted to see the product as it wasn’t displayed outside and they are saying we are asking too much questions. Thanks for helping. Keep up the good work.

Was in the store yesterday afternoon went to customer service for a product she sent me to area to page someone. Waited 5 minutes. No one went back she said the person was on a break ?Asked 2 other associates walking by if they could help. Went to check never came back. Went back and asked for a manager. She came back and said I didn’t need one. Good thing there are other stores with knowledge and helpful associates. Competition did know the product but not in stock

In my line of work I’ve been a regular visitor to hardware stores for the past many years. I’d hazard a guess that over 90% of my visits to Lowe’s ends in frustration.Nothing with Lowe’s is easy. From returns where they critique and question nearly everything, to trying to find someone to help you in the store when needed, to the awful website that so far has given me issues 100% of the time I’ve tried to place an online order.Compared to Home Depot where returns are easy, help is generally available, and the website almost always tells you exactly where in the store you can find items you’re looking for.I could go on, but the fact Lowe’s and Rona has changed ownership more times than I can count probably tells you they’re not doing well and some changes need to be made. Please, look to your competitors and find ways to improve. While Lowe’s is closer to me, I actually save myself a lot of time by driving an extra 5-10 minutes to get to Home Depot. I find their employees are so much friendlier and they have much better policies that make being a regular customer a pleasant experience.Lowe’s - Do it better.

Waited 20 mins to get assistance talked to 5 -7different employees all made some kind of excuses. Some said I will send somebody just wait. They were all wondering around helping nobody. They were couple of other customers like me looking for associate to help. Same answer I will send somebody . First and the worst experiences. Never recommend.

Good store, as you would expect. Only issue we had is that there were no tilla open except for the self checkout. We were attempting to purchase a pumpkin and the self checkout needs an item code. Apparently the 4 digit code on the pumpkin is not the item code. So we needed help from an attendant who was already tied up with another task. Would be good if the item code was available to the customer for odd items like this. There didn't seem to be any way for us to know there was a different code than the one that was on the pumpkin itself.

Biggest store of the 3 Rona, Home Depot and hear. Wonder which of the 2 will close when Rona and Lowes merge? I like store more than the Rona down the street

It seems like a typical Lowe's. I wasn't here long enough to get a good read of the place. The worker at the garden centre checkout was kind and helpful, but the store didn't have what I was looking for.

I purchased deck material from other lowes store online, one of the 12 feet lumber pieces already had a crack, changing pieces item did not make sense as (shipping, getting contractor) ripping it apart would damage remaining deck, making it wobbly. Thanks to combined efforts of Carter(lumber specialist), Ramandeep(Customer service) and Gagan(service manager) for taking ownership and providing me with wood glue and wood filler to fix it.Mistakes do happen but taking ownership in the direction of resolution is what matters.

Workers are great, management sucks. Conor Mackui does not know what costumer service is. I really think he needs upper management to look into his reviews again. Unprofessional, rude and does not follow his store policy. “Misplaced” a full pallet of the SAME products under “wrong “ pricing. Management did not honour his store policy and changed the price with out honouring price matching. His reason was “customers usually change the price” while it was obvious that it was his mistake.would not recommend this location for anyone until management is replaced.
