Horrible experience today, I came after shopping at Safeway (I walk so I carry my groceries with me) to buy packing tape and after I purchased it the store attendant asked to search my bag, I replied with NO. Why is she asking me out of all customers to check my bag and why on earth would I steal tape?! Second it feels like racial profiling when I’m the only black women in the store. You just can’t do that. If that’s the new protocol then it should be stated upon entrance. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Rona why the hell would I steal TAPE. Just ridiculous

Awesome service and help! I needed some tiles for some senior friends and asked if I could get them brought to the front for easy access into my vehicle. They had them ready to go when I showed up. I had spoken to Regina and Jordan. They were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again so much for your time and effort. Lily.

I placed an online order for 3 broil king baron burners they had 7 in stock..Then I get a call from the store saying they never had them in stock for a couple of years.I canceled my Amazon order because they had them in stock after the phone call I tried to reorder these but the price increased . They store website still said they have 7 in stock after all of this!!! I emailed customer service they are useless they offered me 10% wow not even close to the price on top of this they blocked me from messaging them I was not rude or vulgar in my messages all I said is make this right!!

Go to Home Depot. Mediocre customer service. Mediocre referral contractor. Poor service and damage item (kitchen hood fans - had to drive back and return it - had to fight to get a new one) Referral contractor never show up. Rona customer service couldn't care less. Save your money and your piece of mind. Don't go there.

I visited today with the intention of making a purchase, but I was uncertain about the most suitable product for my needs. Geoffrey provided exceptional assistance, offering clear explanations that demonstrated his dedication to his role and his comprehensive knowledge of the products available. I intended to submit a formal review, but I have misplaced my receipt. I sincerely hope that Rona Crowfoot will acknowledge Geoffrey's outstanding service and recognize him as a valuable asset to the company.

Good experience with Calgary-Northwest Lowes at Crowfoot Way NW and I are not very familiar with their store, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hardware store is fair with great pricing. It makes shopping even more enjoyable since they are super friendly and will not merely assist me by pointing out where a product is. Instead, they accompany me to the product as it is being restocked, even if they are in the middle of stocking shelves. If they were unable to direct me to the right department, a staff member further assisted me. There was plenty of stock for the product I was looking for, whereas it had been sold out at three other stores near me. Just be aware that because this store is much larger, they carry lumber of all sizes and other building materials. The stuff they have is great too. I love shopping here now and then for significant projects. The stock is outstanding, and they do carry a lot of seasonal inventory. Although there is a COVID-19 in Calgary, the hours of operation are the same as they are everywhere else, and all of the standard COVID-19 precautions are in place and well laid out.

After multiple visits - Mixed experiences. Toast to the elderly guy in the paint department who is knowledgeable and helpful. Roast to the lady (her tag said department manager) who huffed and puffed when they didn't cut my key properly. Which she tried to dispute, but it was obviously miss-shaped. She told me to use the key machine, which didn't have the key I wanted, so I asked her to re-cut it, and she angrily mumbled something to herself. Sorry for requesting the key I want to be cut, I guess? Lol. Kinda comical.

I think they need to change some of the staff. I went yesterday to the Crowfoot location to return one of six indoor plants I had bought just two days earlier, as I found I didn’t have enough space at home. The elderly woman at the customer service desk initially ignored me as if I was invisible and spoke with the customer who came after me. Then she came over and told me I couldn’t return the plant and needed a CSL. She called the CSL, and then she came back to say she couldn’t process the return and needed to call her manager. When the manager arrived, she impatiently told him that returns on plants weren’t allowed. I asked, ‘Do you need to call the U.S. for a $30 plant return?’ It was clear that nobody knew their job well – they all seemed lost.
