Amazing prices and the workers are so friendly and helpful

I shop at this store every week because I believe they offer better prices compared to other Asian stores. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with discrepancies between the posted prices and the prices scanned in their system. I have a habit of double-checking my receipts, and I often end up going back to customer service because of these mismatches.
I feel sorry for other shoppers who may not check their receipts and unknowingly pay more. An occasional pricing error is understandable, but when this happens consistently, it should be properly addressed by management or reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Disappointing experience at the food court. I’m not asking for smiles, but basic courtesy and helpfulness should be expected. The staff came across as unapproachable and uninterested, making simple interactions uncomfortable. Customer service here really needs improvement.

I always come here for Asian groceries and they have the most items I want. It can get dirty, but it's at least better than Hong Kong market. Highly recommended.

Lucky Supermarket is one of my favourite places to shop. I love the cantina inside, where you can grab a Vietnamese sub, pho, and other freshly prepared meals at very reasonable prices. It’s such a great bonus while doing groceries.
The store has an excellent selection overall, from everyday grocery staples to a wide variety of Asian foods. They also carry Korean skincare, with options ranging from affordable products around $20 to more luxurious, high end brands, which is amazing to see in a grocery store.
The staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful, making the whole shopping experience even better. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.

The young lady wearing glasses who was working at the food court today SUNDAY DECEMBER 7 2025 needs serious attention. I’ve been there a few times and originally thought the attitude was due to being busy, but now I’m sure it wasn’t a misunderstanding. I tried to be polite and order quickly so I wouldn’t waste her time, but her attitude was extremely poor. She seems very young, maybe around 27, but she talks down to customers and behaves in a rude, dismissive way.
Management should address this issue as soon as possible. If not, Lucky Supermarket may lose more customers because no one wants to order food from a staff member who treats people like that.

Just tons of expired items. So be careful before you purchase. Once I saw milk was expired long long longtime ago and they still put a ridiculous reduced price tag on it for sale. They need a better management team. The whole store is filled with expired item tags
