I tried to order some food at the food court today. I could tell the girl working at the counter had no interest in helping me, just avoiding me. I then asked her if I could order a couple of food items and she was snippy. I walked away. They have the wrong person working at the front, no customer service skills whatsoever.

First off the supermarket is awesome, everything asian you could ever want but 2 stars because the restaurant / food court is horrible.
No sanitizing, workers putting hands in mouth and flossing teeth while serving food.
Food was crap , and overpriced.
Go to the store and never eat at the food court ever

Produce and seafood are higher priced than other stores.
When trying to buy the crabs that were on sale, the guy behind the tanks kept selecting the worst crabs in the tank, missing limbs, dark patches where the missing appendages were. These crabs were probably dead or soon to be dead.
We told him that we didn't want the bad crabs and we were willing to pay the premium. The other tank held larger crabs and still he tried to give us the worst crabs in the tank.
We finally insisted on the crabs we wanted. The 2 crabs cost $75. I wondered if he put a thumb on the scale.
The store has a good selection of items, there's ample parking, it's pretty clean but feels like it needs a facelift.
I was soured on it because of the prices and the poor service at the seafood counter.
I felt like the person who gave me the crabs was trying to pull a fast one. When I called him on it, he continued to try and saddle me with poor product.
I understand why a store wants to sell the oldest stock first. However, as a consumer, I want the best product available when I am paying a premium.
