I will never return to this location again. Bad customer service. I always buy my stuff from Lululemon. I got the wrong size and I want to exchange them with a different size. They would not exchange them until they charge me extra. I wouldn’t mind paying extra, but why would I pay extra when the tag price on my original pants were exact same with the one I was going to exchange it with.

Put a INDIGO complimentary parking QR code podium in your main entrance. I parked in your designated spots, was in store for 7 minutes to do a single item exchange and came out to a parking ticket. You are doing a huge disservice to your customers at this location.

I don’t know why I was so worried and dreading bringing my jacket back to Lulu. A very expensive parka that was loosing the finish. I was upset that my beautiful coat was defective and thought I could live with it, but it just kept getting worse. Jasmine was so lovely. She helped recover the purchase that was put under wrong information and took back my defective coat and sent me a replacement. Was not expecting that and I’m so happy and grateful my purchase wasn’t an expensive loss. Cannot thank you enough.

Today's experience was very good. I wanted to find a sweatshirt today. As soon as I entered, Maya asked me enthusiastically if I needed help, and then she recommended some beautiful sweatshirts that were very suitable for me. She is really energetic and enthusiastic. I get along very well with her. Lululemon makes me feel the enthusiasm and authenticity that is different from other brands. I can only say that Lululemon of 17Ave is very good at choosing people. Maya and other clerks are very nice. My shopping is very pleasant.

Told myself I would be unfazed as a visitor since Lululemon is available back home but i was grabbing items for myself and friends and family. Lots of space and the usual friendly, chatty staff who want to know all about you. Wish I had more time and luggage space! Tip: there is free parking for customers.

Just visited new 17 Ave location. Terrible customer service. Lots staff like 10 of them all chatting to each other, folding clothes , on their phones or heads down. Not one of them asked to help. I finally interrupted and asked if anyone could help. We needed different size, someone went to back and got but didn’t bother to ask if I wanted to try on just gave to me. Was only 1 other person at cashier, 3 staff with heads down, finally someone helped. They don’t need to pay all those staff to do nothing but socialize themselves. They need training on customer service

I spent over $2,500 at this store over the course of a year, but after they refused to give me a refund (about $150) or even replace the pants because the tag was missing (in their opinion, I should have always kept the tag on the pants), I will never shop at this store again and will most likely avoid this brand altogether. This left a very bad impression. What's more, I was cheated twice — they made me come to the store twice!

I’ll admit, I usually dread bringing a defective item into Lululemon because I’ve had some awful experiences at other stores. But this location completely changed that for me. The service here was incredible — they treated me like a human, not just a transaction. You can tell they genuinely value their clients the way they should. Honestly, after this experience, I feel even better about continuing to shop here. Best customer service in Calgary, hands down.
