My review is based on the alteration experience I had with the mission location. I purchased a pair of pants and requested to get them hemmed for free but had to be sent off site. The notes on the work order specifically said take them down to a 29 length. The pants were 31 length. Simple. Take off 2 inches from the bottom. When the order was ready I was out of town and called the location to see if my partner could pick them up on my behalf as I'd like to use them for a function. It turned out that the pants were not altered at all. No notification from Lululemon that it was not done. The staff at the Mission location should have reviewed the order and maybe perhaps told me they were not altered upon pickup. Again when my partner picked up the order the staff said nothing about the pants. I found out they were not done when I tried them on at home. I gave lulu the benefit of the doubt that they would have performed the task or at least communicated. So I waited for 2 weeks for lulu to not do anything about the pants and then not tell me. I instead went to some mom and pop store and hand them hemmed in less than 24 hours. For the next time If I need alterations I will do them else where. This is quite disappointing to experience coming from lulu and coming from someone who has supported their business for years

Overpriced for the value. I bought two pairs of leggings. One that I ordered in and the sales associate said they could hem for me when I picked up. Later, when I picked up the pants, I found out they would have to be shipped to another location to get hemmed and I'd end up waiting another week. Why didn't the associate just tell me to order the pair I actually wanted online? It was a hassle when I thought I was getting my pants that day, and I needed them, so I declined - having to wait a week and going back. Called the store, no help there. Now I just have these pants I don't really want and am still looking for the legging I wanted in the first place.

I went here today and was trying to exchange a sports bra and the staff here were so so nice and helpful. I brought my little dog in and they were so welcoming and even gave him a biscuit. Over all this is the BEST Lululemon store in calgary hands down. ??

I visit this store quite frequently as I love the 4th Street area. Each time I visit, I wonder why I returned. The associates are much too absorbed in their personal lives to give you a simple greeting or or ask if you need help. I was walking around with 3-5 items in my arms, and no one asked if they could start a room for me. As I was struggling to find my size on a rack, 2 associates are standing less than 5 ft. away having a conversation about how they “don’t feel validated” by the men they’re seeing. Once ready to start a fitting room, we weren’t helped for several minutes even though there were at least 3 associates not actively doing anything. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue, and the same associates continue to be the main issue.

I often go to Lulu (Market Mall and Chinook) and have been a long time customer and it was my first time going into this location. I would NOT recommend going to this location. When I approached a pair of sales associates chatting and asked if they can help me with an issue with my leggings, one of them said "I feel bad for making you deal with this because you are almost off so I'll take this one" which made it quite obvious they were not eager to help me. There is a small hole in the hem and I asked about repairs and they informed me that Lululemon does not do repairs (I later found out on their website that they DO repairs). I asked about the warranty for leggings and they told me it is 6 months - 1 year for some of their leggings, which seems like a VERY short time for something I am spending $130+? Lastly, when my friend (who is male) asked about Lulu's new runners, the sales associated recommended he buy a pair of women's and just size up. I' not sure why they recommended that because what makes these runners so special is they were SPECIFICALLY designed for women. I will definitely not be coming back and will think twice about buying a pair of leggings again if its true they are only supposed to last 6 months now.

Nice shopping experience can sometimes find some great deals in the final sale racks. Staff is always their to guide you in the right direction. Easy to bring in clothes for hemming or alterations! Classic

I had a few items to return and also new purchases. The sales associate assisting me was very helpful, patient and friendly. Favourite location! I didn't catch her name but her number was #5332. I feel like customer service everywhere these days is a hit or miss so I appreciate when there is great customer service and try to acknowledge them :)

This location is a hit-and-miss for me usually when it comes to customer service, however, HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Rafael. He is by far one of the best individuals in that store. He is incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and gives great advice on fit and pairings. Thank you for the great experience! Really do appreciate it.

Great location, super clean and organized, attentive staff. I was looking for a white EBB and gave my number in case one came in. I had no expectations of getting a call because I didn't think they would get anymore, especially at the end of summer season. About two months later I got a call from an associate, they had someone bring one in as a return and she still had my number behind the desk! Great experience.
