I had a gift card for Lululemon. No gift card receipt. Couldn’t remember who gave it to me. Checked balance online and it said not registered. Messaged Lulu several times and kept getting the same answer … not registered. I confirmed that you have to get the card from a cashier, can’t self select your own card, so whoever gave it paid for an amount but it was not put on card successfully. When I asked if there was anything that could be done since obviously a cashier had to give someone the card,Lulu said they will do nothing. They make a high retail price on their goods, we all know that, I figured maybe they could do $25-50 at least but they will do nothing. $25 won’t even buy socks most days, it would have been a token of good customer service really but not from Lululemon. Disappointed and now shopping everywhere but here. Wanted all to know. MAKE SURE TOU GET A RECEIPT TO GIVE WITH GIDT CARD. THEY WONT EVEN GIVE A BUCK IF IT ISNT DONE PROPERLY.

Excellent location. Staff is friendly and helpful, while the store is orderly. I’d like to give a special mention to Zach, who was professional, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Having never shopped here before, he made my experience positive.

Maybe luck of the draw, maybe not. I don’t ever find myself at this mall, therefore barely ever come to this lulu. Today at this store I was actually not harassed every 30 seconds by the employees nagging to help.
It’s very overwhelming trying to think about buying something when I’m constantly being stopped and interrupted by employees. Today I was left alone, and was able to think about stuff and ended up making a purchase.

Amazing customer service from Kale today. Very friendly and helped me with a return and a damaged product. Lulu always has the best customer service which is why I continue to shop there. Thank you!!!

I received help from a gentleman named Zack who was able to help rectify a pricing discrepancy I had on a product. I didn’t expect him to offer support as some stores price differently, but he did and I was very appreciative.

On Tuesday I went into the southcentre store to buy head bands for my daughter who is in the hospital and was treated to the most generous manager and front staff that I have seen in a very long time I was overwhelmed by their generosity and we will be long time customers and should be a place people should support and feel good about it. Thank you

Had a great experience at Lululemon Southcentre! I was helped right away and found exactly what I needed without any hassle. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable — they took the time to explain the product features, benefits, and the return policy clearly. The service was smooth, and the quality of the gear speaks for itself. Definitely one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend this location!

Nobody answers the phone at this location. Terrible customer service! I have been awaiting a call back (I've left two messages) for 48 hours and nothing. I had without pants hemmed here over a week ago and nothing. Pretty bad customer service. Chinook location is way better!!!!

Mattie the manager went so above and beyond for my mom and I, she was super quick and helpful! Got our returns and exchanges done so efficiently and found the right sizes for us!
