Unacceptable and Disrespectful Staff Behavior
I had one of the worst retail experiences at the Lululemon store in Calgary Market Mall. While browsing, a tall white female employee came up to me and demanded that I fold the clothing I had just looked at and placed back — something that is absolutely not a customer’s responsibility.
Her tone was rude, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. I didn’t see her say anything like that to other shoppers, which made me feel deliberately targeted. Whether it was a lack of training, personal bias, or something worse, this behavior is completely unacceptable — especially from a brand like Lululemon, which claims to value respect and inclusivity.
I walked out of the store feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. If this is how staff are being trained to treat paying customers, it reflects very poorly on the company. Lululemon needs to take a hard look at the attitude and conduct of some of their employees at this location.

Exceptional Customer Service at Lululemon Market Mall – Thank You, Inaam!
I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Inaam at the Market Mall Lululemon on multiple occasions, and I simply have to share how amazing her customer service is! Inaam is not only incredibly warm and welcoming, but she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I have the best shopping experience.
Whether it’s offering to place online orders for me, checking store availability on products I’m looking for, or remembering exactly what I was looking for the last time I was in, Inaam always makes me feel like a VIP customer. The best part? As soon as I walk in, she calls my name and lets me know if the item I was searching for is back in stock!
Every visit to the Market Mall location feels like visiting an old friend. Inaam’s attentiveness and care make me feel truly valued, and I genuinely look forward to shopping there because of her. Thank you, Inaam, for making each visit so special! You are the reason this Lululemon location stands out!

Don’t get me wrong, I used to enjoy this location a ton, majority of the staff here are super kind, but the last few times I’ve come in, I’ve encountered the same male, who doesn’t ever speak to me when I come in, but he watches me like a hawk and considering I’m a regular shopper here, you’d think he’d recognize me by now.🤣 I asked him a simple question about if he knew when the next drop would be, and he gave me a snarky response, He was wearing rhinestone cowboy boots today, if that helps identify anything. I’ll head over to Cross Iron Mills, or Chinook next time.

Warranty has gone down hill. Used to be lifetime and is now 1 year… bought $150 pants and after 14 months, they are ripping at the seam. Would hope they would stand by there products more. Will not be shopping here again

We've always had a very good experience here. The fitting area staff is extremely friendly and very helpful in finding u different sizes and colors for all of their merchandise

My husband and I spent over $800 at this Lululemon yesterday, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable due to the behavior of one employee. Initially, we were being checked out at one station, but when it encountered issues, we were switched to another station and another employee—a new hire, I assume, given her complete lack of professionalism and abysmal attitude.This employee was rude from the start, almost charged us the original price for two sale items, and refused our reasonable request to hold our purchased items at the counter for 1-2 hours, citing a ridiculous reason despite this being a common practice at other stores. She didn’t even give us a receipt.Her demeanor and behavior were consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable, and I demand that this employee be fired immediately.For comparison, when we visited the CrossIron Mills Mall Lululemon today to make some exchanges, the cashier was friendly, smiling, and even gave us a free bag despite us not making a new purchase. This stark contrast highlights just how unacceptable the previous employee’s behavior was. I expect swift and decisive action on this matter.

The staff was so rude, I was trying to make an exchange before the policy change. The girl and what looked to be her manger beside her were so condescending. I’ve worked customer service. That’s not how you treat anyone in general, let alone customers of the brand you’re representing.

Long lines at cash. One staff member behind the counter spent ten minutes educating a customer about something while about five of us waited in line.

Just visited this store a couple hours ago on Friday, March 8 to buy some pants and had a really disappointing experience. There were lots of workers out on the floor but none offered any help even though I was having a really hard time navigating the sizes and styles on display. The music on the floor was a bit louder than you’d want in a store, but was nothing compared to the music BLASTING in the dressing rooms. The music was so loud that it was difficult to hear or talk to anyone and it caused a complete sensory overload. I was only able to try on a couple pairs of pants before I had to leave the store without purchasing anything. It’s very disappointing to visit a store that is charging over $100 for a pair of pants but the dressing room experience is too painful to even bear. Giving two stars instead of one only because the girl who gave me a dressing room (only worker to greet or acknowledge me in the entire store) was quite friendly

I love lululemon and there customer service is really good most of the time but this store Customer service is not so good and it was my second time when they were not listening to my problem . Soo just go checkout other locations of lululemon than this ....
