So firstly I brought pants back for a quality issue and the staff was really good about replacing them. However I had a hard time because a lot of the leggings feel too tight and as someone who is neurodivergent and struggling with body dysmorphia I really would have preferred looser pants or a different style all together. The staff member was very adamant that it was a straight across trade for the same kind of pants. Which I can sort of understand, but I now am left with a pair of pants I don't want and can't exchange for anything else. So that is a waist of $138. Which is a lot of money to have ended up with pants I don't want and can't mentally wear. I just wish there was more flexibility, empathy, and time taken.

Helped me when Chinook location left all the security tags on my purchase. Also it looks like more styles of things at this location. Will not be shopping at Chinook location but would gladly come back to market mall location. Better expirence for me personally.

Well lulu lemon at south center did everything they could to not help me and screw me over, lulu at market mall went above and beyond to try and make my situation work and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in retail! Wish I knew the guy on the phone to the lady I called back to double check to the lady that helped me at the front desk!! 3 different people and nothing changed in service! This store should be the beacon of training for all lulu lemon employees in Calgary!!

Most of the staff are amazing, especially management. But twice, I have come in, for an exchange, and a separate hemming, and the same staff person was beyond rude, at Market Mall. Not sure how he is employed .Asian, average height, conceited .I will not be coming back.

I love shopping at lulu, it is my go to place for exercise/comfy and work clothes. I normally do online orders because it’s easier that way for me and in this specific circumstance I ordered a pair of mini flared yoga pants. They unfortunately didn’t fit me, and I decided instead of sending it back through mail I would take a trip to the nearest store which is the one at market mall. When I went into the store, I decided to look around to see if there was a different option for me, and I could do an exchange with my return but I didn’t find what I was looking for so I just went to the register. Within 30 second of me coming up to the counter and explaining to the cashier that I had an online return I wanted to do, she immediately accused me of grabbing the pants I was trying to return off the shelf, and that I hadn’t actually payed for them. I was definitely taken back but I said I payed for them a week ago, I ordered them online. And I had the mailing bag with the pants in them. She asked me if I had the receipt which I said yes, and got the order number out on the app and she didn’t even take a look at it, just asked me to tap my card. She was very rude, and dismissive and I’ve never been treated that way before. I work in retail and I understand that there needs to be a sense of alert when it comes to theft and making sure no one is trying to scam the store but this lady just jumped to conclusions and treated me with an unreasonable amount of disrespect.

Did but feel safe here. Theft right in front of customers, no reaction and no acknowledgement from the store. Seems like they just don’t care anymore.

Joyce at Lululemon Market is amazing! I had a warranty issue with my Pant and she was able to help me out! Excellent customer service I’m so impressed!

Normally I love lulu, however. This location I will not be returning too. I wasn’t greeted at check out, the associates were too busy talking amongst each other to tend to the line. I did not feel welcomed at all.

Sydney help me today with a super simple exchange as I had an issue with pilling on my new leggings, she was extremely helpful and super accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service! Definitely give her a raise she deserves it.❤️

The customer service at the Market Mall location is atrocious. I have never been greeted by an employee upon entering the store and not once asked for help. The last few times I was in, the employees were too busy visiting and laughing amongst themselves to help. The store is never busy when I’m there so it’s certainly not a lack of time. I typically find what I’m looking for myself, pay and leave. Last time I needed help finding a bra to fit nicely under my high neck Align tank, I had to basically interrupt a conversation after waiting politely, for them to point at the rack with bras. I just left. I don’t live in the city, and will happily drive to any other location where the employees actually care about customers.
