10 stars if I could! The team at Chinook really made our experience so memorable. We hosted a 40th birthday for our friend, I had a bad experience at the Crossiron location so i called Chinook. I spoke with Kat and WOW!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and I am truly so grateful for her amazing customer service. She made the party happen when I was told it was impossible from Crossiron. She even offered to volunteer herself to come in early to work the party and she apologized on behalf of Crossiron which she did not have to. Even though they don't usually book the parties on the weekend due to high traffic, they ended up providing us with a private party! There were no interruptions, it was a comfortable atmosphere. Although Kat didn't work our party, we had Arely as our host and she was awesome!! She was patient and very well educated on all of the products, no pressure and overall professional and friendly. Thank you again Chinook team!!

I went in there a few weeks ago and the staff were very helpful. I was in a rush and able to get in and out pretty quick considering I needed help looking through some of there cloth wraps. Lush, please bring back the charity coins!!

They have good products that are handmade. I’ve tried a lot of popular body lotions but the lotions from here really stand out. The staff is great and very helpful.

Went to Lush for the first time ever and it was a very pleasant visit, mainly because of the customer service.
Special shoutout to Nay as she took very good care of us. She is very knowledgeable about the products, and guided us well to choose our preferred bubble bars. Very friendly and welcoming, she also gave us a couple of great samples which was amazing!!

Nay is such a kind and helpful individual. They were so knowledgeable about each product in the store and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They basically curated a whole haircare routine (with alternatives for different needs) for my mother. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Nay!!
