The store got excellent collection, awesome customer service, Octavia helped us vey well, she got high knowledge about what she is doing, she helped me to find all the products I need, she even helped my daughter to find products… thanks Octavia… highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely horrific client service experience. Would NEVER go back to that store. The Manager is rude and disrespectful and deceptive. She wouldn’t honour 25% off on mini Mac lipstick producers even though it’s is online and in stores promotion. The other Mac store in Sunridge mall gave me 25% off for the same product that this Manager refused to. She was extensively unprofessional and rude in her behaviour towards me. When I got frustrated and decided to return the product I purchased ( I haven’t left the mall) she would not give me my money back. I felt robbed, and dishonoured and disrespected. I asked her for the policy on the 25% off promotion she told me to check the website, I checked the website and showed her that 25% off included the mini Mac lipstick but I think she was more interested in being right and providing a good experience to the clients. I asked to talk to her boss but she refused to give me the contact for her boss. It was absolutely degrading experience. I ended up walking away from the store leaving more than $100 of my money and feeling robbed.

Very disappointing customer service.Received a birthday email and went in to buy a few things and showed the girl the birthday email I received, she then told me that i get a free brow gel and powder lipstick for my birthday and took me to choose a lipstick colour.I chose a colour and we got back to the till, she then told me I actually don’t qualify to get those items!I got so excited about the lipstick colour I chose!I have been in the service industry for 20 years and if I say something to a customer, I follow through. I purchased the items I can in for but truly left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Aga (from the Td location in Calgary) gave me the BEST customer service I’ve ever had anywhere! She helped me find the perfect colour match for a foundation and gave me some useful tips along the way. If you want your makeup to look stunning, she’s the gal for you because she really knows the products and listens to your needs, plus her makeup is always on point. She is so friendly and a pleasure to be around.

I picked up my birthday gift at the location at MarketMall. The ladies were awesome. I got the powder kiss lipsticks full not sample size. Is beautiful. Thanks Mac cosmetics

I booked a time for eye makeup charged $45 and I thought I would be working with someone who was a professional but she was not. Kept breathing on my with no mask and made my eyes like raccoon.

I used to love coming to the Mac here when I worked at the mall but today I had a horrible customer service experience which I am shocked at since it used to be the best. When I walked in around pm today one lady was working and I was the only customer. I asked for a blush and a pro pan and asked the lady to confirm the price she was going up the til when another lady walked in she told her give me a second but then ended up helping her anyways and ringing in her purchase before me so I was like OK. Then another lady walked in asking about foundation she then started helping her with that and told me to wait again. I understand only one lady was working but I was there before the other 2 customers so I guess they were more more important? I left all my purchases and walked out. Shame Mac doesn't value customer service no more. I still love Mac and will always shop but maybe at the bay or online. Just shut the door and do everything online. no point in having sales rep at the store.

Not impressed by training of staff. I bought makeup online and it was a clearance as "goodbyes" meaning they will be discontinue the product. Was told a hard "No" refund because it was a clearance item. I advised her it didnt state anywhere on the website when I made the purchase. She told me "its in the email when you make the purchase"....ummm no. Shouldnt it state on the website PRIOR to making a purchase, not after the purchase? she told me she cant do anything about it and call Customer Service. Customer Service said I CAN return it and to go back and make the return, if I had issues to tell the staff to call customer service themselves directly, or I can mail it back and they would offer me a full refund. Train your employee's better on what can and cant be returned. Never coming back to this location again
