Very bad experience with the night shift staff. They are rude, dishonest, and try to trick customers. They refused to do what they are supposed to do and gave false information. It really feels like a scam. I don’t recommend coming here at night at all.

Great Service from Gary!
Gary was the salesman who helped me when I came in to buy safety boots. We had some unexpected issues with my card, and it took about 30 minutes to sort out. Throughout the whole process, Gary remained extremely patient, friendly, and professional. Really appreciated his calm and helpful attitude—great customer service!

Terrible customer service at the cash counter. The tall guy there just took my payment and didn't even ask me if I need a bag (maybe they don't provide bags, that's fine,) but the worst part is he wasn't even bothered to pick up the jacket and hand it over to me, let alone fold it. So they want to just take my payment, don't even wanna bother to move an item one inch, and want me to pick it up like I am picking trash? Got it!

Shout out to Alicja. Multiple times I’ve shopped at marks at North hill and she’s has always given exceptional customer service. She’s always very polite and always lets me know how I can save money and reminds me of the SAIT discount. She’s definitely someone who cares about her job and thats pretty inspiring to see. Also the management has always been very good on anything I needed returned or replaced. Wicked store, I 100% recommend you go check it out!

I was thete today. Very nice store with a good choice. There was a Ukrainian lady, who did a great service for us. Very friendly attitude, willingness to help. She informed us of all the benifits.

I was told when I was buying my work boots that you get a 100 day return policy and that you can wear them for up to 5 days and return them.
Recently went to have them switched out and was told this was not the policy. Very unhappy with this miscommunication
Will not be buying any products from marks work warehouse going forward.

Poor customer service i try a timberland shoes they was super durty the old Mr and the young guy say was not them job to clean the shoes and they were salty because people try on the floor..... First how your floor is durty on a store that's not suposed to happend and decond how do you talk to a customer like that!!!!!! 2024 people don't want to work anymore and care about nothing this is crazy!!!!!! Just happend december 20th at 1h45 pm WHO WANT TO BUY SHOES WHEN THEY ARE DURTY AND NOT LOOK NEW ALLO!!!!!!!!!
