Went yesterday to pick up some work boots and the customer service was probably the best ive had in a very long time. Austin had come up to ask if we were doing alright and when I had a question he double checked with the manager just to ensure what he said was valid (It was about the return policy and the manufacturer warranty). When checking out we had an amazing conversation with the clerk. I will and would recommend this location to anyone and will be recommending this location to my co workers. Awesome stuff guys keep it up!

Got my work shoes last Saturday and would like yo thank the guys who helped me- Austin gave me exceptional customer service and Rajan who helped me to recover my lost invoice needed to submit for work. Great service 👏

The Mark's at Deerfoot Meadows was quite busy when I went there. I needed to do a return and make a purchase. There were a lot of friendly/helpful employees on the sales floor, available to assist. Mark's has a great selection of regular clothing and workwear. I was looking for either winter boots or hiking boots, to wear through the coming months. There were lots of footwear specials, and with assistance, I was able to find a pair I liked, on sale. The checkout process was quick and easy, as the lineup moved along nicely. Super friendly & efficient staff members.

Gabi provided excellent customer service! My mom was trying on jeans and Gabi helped with sizes and styles and made sure my mom got what she needed. Although they didnt have the exact size at this location, Gabi was able to let us know of a nearby location that would have them in stock. Very happy!

Sales people here need better training. Two different sales guys literally said they don't carry hiking shoes. Half of the store is literally hiking shoes!! Hilarious.
