Do not pay for next day shipping. The website gave me the option to pay extra for next day shipment and still has not arrived. I tried to contact them through the marks Sunridge website and still nothing. It’s better to just save that money and wait a few days as you’ll be waiting that much time anyways

This review is not about the products there pretty good but about the organization of products. When I first walk in there's a big section of jeans in the middle it was frustrating not to be able to tell which was the girls section and which was the guys. Most I could do was look at the sizes and realize that they were to small for mens. Then a lady came up and helped me which was great she helped me pick out a few pairs then went on doing bothering things for work. Im fine with that and was happy. Non of them fit and the last pair I was given turned out to be ladies. Very frustrating. Needless to say after that instead of trying on more pants to further find a pair that would fit I gave up after the lady giving me a pair of women's pants. The store should be laid out so that it's clear which are mens and which are women's. When you have photos above showing both men and women it can be confusing, even for your own staff. I love coming into marks I believe the products are great but it shouldn't be this difficult to tell what are you need to go to for the right product. I hope this issue will be fixed in the future and look forward to coming back one day.

Awful customer service here, the manager told us there was no line when clearly we had been waiting in line for 15 minutes for someone to help cash us out. Very rude manager, couldn’t be bothered to even be nice about it. Will never shop here again

I am writing this review regarding a highly disappointing visit to the Mark's store at Sunridge Mall in Calgary today. While I was looking for assistance, one of the staff members exhibited a completely unprofessional and unhelpful attitude. When approached for help, I was met with clear reluctance and a poor demeanor, which felt unwelcoming. The staff member not even briefly acknowledged my request but just asked me to wait and failed to follow up or return to assist me.
As I am also someone who has worked in customer service for a long time, I understand that employees can face difficult days. However maintaining a professional and helpful approach and even a simple smile 🙂 is fundamental to the job.
The lack of basic courtesy and willingness to engage was extremely poor and well below the standard expected from a national retailer. This interaction resulted in a very unsatisfactory shopping experience.
Management needs to address the customer service training and attitude of their floor staff at this location. I strongly advise potential shoppers to be aware of the level of service they might receive here.
I believe it's my last visit to Mark's.
