Customer service was very bad, behavior was not very good, I waited 1 hour to exchange my shoes, there was a problem with the receipt, while it was the store's mistake, the receipt they gave before the exchange was wrong, then the manager came there and resolved the problem, and exchanged the shoes,i do not recommend going to this store.Location-marks store at sunridge mall

Hi, I went to mark”s today there products are really very nice and good quality so today I bought safety shoes and there was one staff member her name is ROHINI she was really nice who helping me to find good quality and fair price so I thankful to ROHINI and I suggest to all go there and get good quality.

We went to Mark’s Sunridge mainly because my husband needs a new pair of work safety boots. When he found the style and brand that he liked, unfortunately, we cant find the right size. So the search went on and on. We asked and asked but to no avail. On the last try, a helpful angel named, Vicki offered to try one more time and tried to look for it from the back. After 5mins, she finally arrived with the perfect style, brand and size! Her patience today was absolutely amazing. Amidst the snowstorm, pile of snow outside, the chaos of all the hard working people searching for boots today, she still served with a smile and ready to help aura. Thanks Vicki for cheering our hearts today. It was lovely to meet you!

On October 27th, my husband and I had an unfortunate experience dealing with Teeva, the manager. We were looking for Helly Hansen winter work boots and they were out of stock at Mark's Sunridge location. The representative, Muhammad, was nice enough to check the other store for availability. He directed us to the front counter to call and ask them to hold the item for us. He was dealing with other clients so he asked Teeva to make the phone call on his behalf. Teeva was on the phone "on hold" (the other store wasn't answering) and continued to play on her cell phone and take selfies. When I called her out, her excuse was that she's not supposed to call on our behalf and she doesn't know why she was calling the other store. I asked her if she was supposed to inform us if she got a hold of them, as we had been waiting for over 15 minutes. She hung up the phone and informed us that she would no longer assist us, asking us to leave the store. When I asked for the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. She had the audacity to call herself a manager while being rude and telling us it's none of our business if she is on her cell phone. Her coworkers and other customers waiting in line looked disgusted by her behavior. I do not recommend visiting this location if you expect to be treated with respect. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate head office, as this behavior is unacceptable, especially coming from the manager.

Hi there my purchase experience with sunglasses. I’m using same brand from 6 months. Think that brand is not that quality one second one frame is getting break .
My opinion is we will good quality material for all mark consumers .
I visited the store . They said only three month warranty so I came out .
. Where can I get quality sunglasses with in budget.

Misleading display. Sales and not for sales are together.. when you are in a hurry who have no time to read what is posted and ending buying those stuff because you are already in the counter and dont want to feel embarrased instead of saving i ended paying the items for the full price..

I was not impressed by the staff racially profiling my family when we were shopping there today. When my wife talked to the manager they dismissed it and said that would never happen here! This is disgusting and will have us traveling elsewhere to shop at this franchise and possibly just looking elsewhere for our work and clothing needs.
