I absolutely love going to this store, but I had a very unpleasant interaction today with one of the cashiers - Jasleen. I don’t think I have ever met a more unhappy person in my life! She didn’t ask for my rewards card, and when I gave it to her to scan she made me feel like the biggest inconvenience in the world. I don’t think she said a word to me throughout the whole interaction.. Employees are the face of a business, so I think this Marshalls should have a chat with Jasleen about promoting a happy environment and experience for the customers, because I for sure did not leave there feeling positive about the experience!

The manager and a staff didn’t give a good service today. Và vibe especially the manager, she got attitude and rude to me. Didn’t enjoy the shopping tans will come back to return it all!
