$10 for a 6 pack of Dr Pepper bottles?? Are you kidding me?? Never returning again. First you sell me rotten moldy bread and complain when I ask for a refund then throw the coins at me.Ridiculous there’s a reason you have a 2 star rating.

I walked into Mary’s corners store and was met by the most pungent stomach turning smell I have ever experienced in my life. I would highly suggest that police investigate the smell because when I looked around there was nothing split and the shelves were quite clean. I didn’t even have time to grab what I needed because I had to run out of the store. This is not a joke and if I could leave less than 1 star I would.

The last 3 times ive been to this store while it was apparently open for 10am, has been closed. I'm sure I'm not the only one sick and tired of showing up to a closed store. If you need to change your hours to give yourself more time to be punctual, then do that. No one needs to waste time going to a store that cant be bothered to be open during the times posted.

New owner does business on a cash or debit basis only. Goods are your typical corner store level of expensive. I don’t think we’ll be back, and can Revenue Canada please audit this place for tax evasion?

terrible customer service, they clearly hate to be bothered by the parcel pick-up service and helped customers behind me in line first. If I have another parcel delivered there I won't bother picking it up.

What a Joke, I have never seen such ignorance in a store.the owner sits on her china made stool for a few hours she is open.Yes she does not care what time she opens.Her Bread is green on the shelves. everything is a day older when put on the shelf.The place should be closed down,Lack of common sense,, Hey Mary Enjoy watching your movies

20 years ago the owner at the time was quite friendly. Fast forward to 2 years ago after moving out of the neighbourhood and a change of ownership since the previous time I’d dropped in, I was met with quite the sourpuss. Asked if they still carried a certain product - Then immediately practically slunk out the door, the hostility she radiated was that thick. Then today I needed to make another trip there to pick up a Canpar parcel. Same chilly vibe, I get the impression she despises people in general. I’m all for supporting local here but there are plenty of other places in Bowness to spend my money on. Mary’s Corner Store is recently on my route home from work but I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum there. I think reviewers calling this person friendly are, I don’t know, maybe her immediate acquaintances putting in a plug for her.
