The team at Maxime's helped my (now) husband design my ring this year. We could not have been happier with the process, and the final result! Dalia custom designed my 3 stone ring, and was so patient and helpful. They resized my ring for me, and we loved them so much, we ended up purchasing both of our wedding bands from them. Every time I entered the store, they cleaned my ring immediately and were the warmest, kindest people! They have done my family's jewellery in the past and I would recommend them to anyone.

My fiancé bought my stunning engagement ring from Maxime’s and I couldn’t be more happier with this ring. We really enjoyed working with Matthew, he was kind, honest and very patient with us. I loved how he educated us on each choice were making by sharing his expertise and experience. My girlfriend and I came to the store the week of August 14, 2023 as part of our engagement ring tour and met Matthew Reboh. When we entered he said hi and told us to let him know if we need help with anything. We started to have a look at a few options and discussed a few options with him. I can tell you that Mathew was nothing but professional, friendly, and honest.He also advised us to postpone buying the bands till we need them even though we were thinking about getting them with the ring. Yes, imagine a jewelry shop not pushing you to just make a sale! I respect that!My girlfriend and I left saw a few other options that week but came back on August 18, 2023 and bought the ring from Maxime's!Mathew is amazing!!

The team at Maxime's is incredible! Dalia helped me find the perfect engagement ring and provided a ton of flexibility in my options.I of course left this with not a lot of time and she was able to get the ring to me in the nick of time before a big trip and my fiance loved it.

If you’re looking for an engagement ring, wedding band, or any type of jewelry I highly recommend the Chinook Maxime’s location! Both my engagement ring and wedding band are from here and the customer service from their whole team is 10/10, but Matthew has been an incredible help throughout every process for us and truly went above and beyond. It is also super convenient to drop off my rings for a (free) cleaning while I shop at the Chinook mall! So glad we went with them.

This was single handedly the greatest customer experience of my life. They truly went above and beyond with us for our wedding bands. My husband immediately regretted not buying my engagement ring from them after the experience we had while picking out our wedding bands and the support that came from them after the fact to ensure they were perfect and arrived on time for our flight. I can not say enough positive things about them and highly recommend them if you are looking to ensure you have an amazing jeweller experience.

Buying an engagement ring is an intimidating process, especially with little knowledge of rings. I went to Maxime's with rough notes of what my partner wanted and it was so well received. Dalia was informative and helped me understand different elements of a ring and diamond. She was very patient, not pushy, and made the experience very enjoyable! From the details of the ring, a special box, picking it up and everything in between, Dalia and the Maxime's team went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for engagement ring to visit Maxime's and have your expectations (and your partner's) blown out of the water!

If you’re thinking of getting a ring from Maxime’s, stop thinking about it and do it.Matt and the team at Maxime’s are highly knowledgeable and go above and beyond with every interaction.Every time we return to have our rings checked they come back looking brand new! We had an incident where my ring was disfigured, they sent it in, no questions asked and even took care of the repair fee.They are an outstanding company and we highly recommend!
