Excellent service and quality work. They were very transparent with what work needed to be done and gave great time and cost estimates. A special shoutout to Shawn for keeping me in the loop on what was happening. Although this repair was covered through my insurance, I would have no problem taking my vehicle back should the need arise. Kudos!

Chris has provided excellent service and scheduled a convenient appointment for a repair job involving bumper replacement for my Mercedes. Repair was carried out to my satisfaction and they even performed deep cleaning of my vehicle.
Deanna maintained a daily update communication.
I would recommend that if you have a good vehicle then it deserve good care. Thanks team MB for a good customer and car care.

Although my repair couldn’t be completed due to a long parts backorder, MB Autoworks provided outstanding service throughout the process. They responded to all my concerns promptly and even detailed my car beautifully. I appreciate their professionalism and support while I worked with my insurance. I called them to for a supplement. I provided them with an appraisal done from DCC Hail. I showed up to their office, and they told me they couldn't inspect my vehicle or do an appraisal. The reason given was that TD wouldn't accept their quote. I couldn't believe it. I asked them why wouldn't they? The fact of the matter is that in Alberta, I have the right to get my vehicle repaired at a bodyshop of my choice. I don't need to go with DCC Hail, or any place recommended by the insurance company. All I need to do is provide the insurance company with a supplement quote. They cannot refuse a quote, or else they would be infringing on my right to repair my vehicle at the bodyshop of my choosing. I couldn't believe it how incompetent these people are. So I asked them why they had called me in? And the person responded "I don't know." So they set up an appointment for a customer to come in to waste time. He had the appraisal in his hand that I had emailed to them. He said "we can go over this quote." Why would I go over a document that I provided them"? Then he asked me why do you want another appraisal done when TD has already done one? Well... because in order to get my vehicle repaired by a third party, I have to provide TD with a quote from that company. He said to me at that point that they can't do that here. So I asked again why this appointment was set up in the first place? And he was like "I don't know why Deanna set it up." These people wasted my time. I will get my vehicle repaired somewhere else.

My recent experience with MB Autoworks was truly fantastic. The entire process was hassle-free from start to finish; booking my online appointment was super easy, and I want to give a special thanks to Chris for being incredibly helpful throughout. They fixed my car in less than a week and also offered me a lifetime warranty; a piece of mind!! Since my car is now out of the dealership warranty, I feel I’ve finally found the body shop I can trust and have been searching for. Highly recommended!

I brought my vehicle here via Intact insurance from the recent hail damage. Not only did they fit me in the same day I brought it in for an appraisal, I had it back within 4 days (minor hail damage compared to many, PDR was done)! The people who work there are extremely professional and responsive. I noticed they detailed (washed exterior, vacuumed and wiped down interior) the car when I got it back as well. Highly recommend this place.

This location is a high class service right from the start after you enter the facility.
My car had brutal hail damage . I was very upset .
Called MB Autoworks . Two days later I drove to the place for my car inspection.
Staff is very professional group of people . Everything looks very organized and very clean .
They understand that we show up there with major frustration . Somehow it felt that everything will be OK in the best way possible after you talk to the staff.
I HIGLY recommend to visit this place when your car needs serious help .

I'm not happy with them. My car Mitsubishi Outlander 2017 was sent by Intact insurance for repair after an accident. They removed some parts but missed reinstalling some parts like Rear wiper blade, bsw lights, rear windshield heater, emblem etc. when it was asked them to fix these problems they denied and started making excuses.
So I'm not happy with both (Intact insurance & MB Auto) of them .

Incorrectly reinstalled bikerack.
Ordered wrong part. Then one year delay to get the right part. A part we did not understand how it went missing in the first place. I had bumper repair, nothing on the roof. Canceled whole order when requested partial.
Overall poor communication and a lack of professionalism.
