Very good service. Staff was respectful, professional, and polite. Was too bad we were there under such unfortunate circumstances (my friend was shot just outside of Team Town Sports), but McInnis & Holloway did a fantastic job of providing a warm and gentle space for our grieving.

Great service from the staff. But the uniforms, can't tell if I'm in a funeral home or getting on an Air Canada flight
