I called to confirm if I can pick up money sent to me via ria. The employee did not even put me on hold, she continued to serve others who were instore sending money, 1 min later, she drops the call. I called again and shes says " wait a min" and puts me on hold for 4 mins, I gave up and hung up. What a disgrace, don't pick up a phone if you can not muiltitask.

I got charged $12 dollors for three simple document for faxing Within Alberta. There worker are full of short tempter. I am there usually customer there were one man and one lady every time I go before. They are much normal never like this before. There two men working the time I go there one men the taller men asked the shorter men how much they have to charge me and the shorter men said, "12 dollors" I asked how come I never paid like that. Then, immediately they look angry.
