I drove almost 4 hours to meet with Kyle at Metro Ford and it was well worth my trip! Kyle made my first time buying experience a breeze. He walked me through each step, what each fee was, and provided through explanations for everything. I appreciated his honesty, ability to answer all of my questions, and his prompt communication! He is one of the good ones and this dealership truly honours their word. I am extremely thankful to have found my dream car and to have worked with this great dealership. A special shout out to Janice who did not make myself and my partner feel overwhelmed with all of the information or the paperwork components, and we did not feel rushed even though it was a busy Saturday.

I went in for a routine service. A wheel then fell off my truck whilst driving on highway one a couple of days later. The poor workmanship nearly cost me my life. To make it worse I have been trying to get a response from the dealership and they have not had the courtesy to call me back. This is despite me calling Ford Canada Customer service twice. Don't go near this dealership as they clearly do not care about your safety.

I and my wife had a very great experience with Metro ford, We have contacted Mr Nick Li for a bronco and eventually took home an Edge. Nick is amazing he will provide help for choosing the right car by providing different options. Nick got us a great deal with Edge and helped us get it leased too quickly by connecting with their finance team. Usman was very helpful by getting all the documentation done and getting the approval in time and fast.
I had a very pleasant experience even the license plate was provided to me I just had to take the key from showroom and drive out my new car. This was really kool and amazing service.

Service Department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Don't expect your vehicle back the same day. They are horrible at communication and will give you last minute notice, if any at all, that they need your vehicle over night. If you try and call on a Saturday to get ahold of service it will go directly to a generic message saying they are "busy'. Don't expect a call back!!!

I have never taken leaving a bad review lightly but after trying to communicate with the dealership at so many entry points, I felt like I had no choice.
So disappointed that in spite of countless email and voicemail attempts, at all levels, apparently buying a new vehicle means they lose interest after they get you to invest in a new vehicle. From contacting the sales dept with concerns about the sketchy travel voucher I was given as a promo for my new vehicle purchase, to trying to inquire about an issue with my Ford Pass points, and finally just trying to find out what would be the cost of a service appointment. Let me say when I still had my older vehicle, response was great. Now that they got me to buy a new vehicle, apparently I’m of no value anymore.
I got one voicemail message from a couple managers, in the middle of the same work day, weeks into this. This was after reaching out to Ford Canada to see if there is a reason I was being ignored.
I tried calling back 3 times, got voicemail, and no return response. I emailed both a few times and no response.
It is disheartening to be shut out from the place I just bought my new vehicle and was hoping to have a longstanding service relationship for the life of the vehicle. Am I now forced to go with private service providers? I bought from this location based on service I received with my older Ford. It really feels like now that I bought a new vehicle, I’m no longer a priority.
I grew up with our family having a lifelong relationship with the hometown Ford dealership. This place felt like that in the past. Over a month of emailing countless people, attempting to call these dealership managers with no response.

David Sprague was my sales guy. He was fantastic to work with and would send family and friends to see him when looking for a vehicle. The staff including Janice and Catherlina were also amazing to work with. Everyone was kind, respectful and upfront with everything. I would for sure recommend Metro ford. I recently had the pleasure of working with Abhishek Kalra (Abby) when I purchased my Acura MDX, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we met, Abby was incredibly professional, attentive, and focused on making the car-buying process as smooth as possible. I had been searching for two months after my previous car suffered hail damage, and Abby found me the exact vehicle I wanted in just one meeting!
