Extremely poor service, done so many mistakes while filling the tax, when I emailed and ask them to fix the issue, not got any answer back. Now I am doing REASSESSMENT with CRA. And getting so many problems as i have to give range of questions/answer to CRA.

Me and my husband Did my tax return with him last year and we had alot of t4 and other taxable sources but he did not care and he just wants to get it done quickly and over with.after 1 minute he said its done. We only got a little bit back i had gone to other places and they said he could have used the other taxable sources but instead he wasted our time.
