Michael Hill it's Jacqueline Glen calling and I'm calling to give Jimmy a grave review he was most pleasant when I came in and he listened to what I needed to have like my grandmother had that someone stole and I tried the ring on and it just fit beautifully and he was very courteous and he's dressed so smartly it's just unbelievable he just felt like a country person to me like someone I'd known for many years but first time I've met Jimmy and I've been in Michael Hill quite a few times so please you have a good man that could be an asset to your company as a manager thank you very much and I will be back!

Ive bought all my jewelry from this place.. watches rings engagement rings everything.. then they sell my gf a cheap chain that broke right away and they said they were going to charge me to fix it and had to send it away.. completely unacceptable amd I'll NEVER be back!!! You just lost a 10k a year customers for a 60 dollar chain no wonder your going out of business...

I went to buy a silver rhodium plated cuban chain and they didn't have the length I wanted so Jaswant S shipped it from their warehouse. A different chain arrived (not rhodium plated, not made in Italy) and I asked Monika R to confirm. She lied to me saying silver isn't rhodium plated and that they didn't have the one I saw on display three days ago (even though they did).
Both associates lied to me and Michael Hill has lost my trust and business. Do not shop here.

I bought a rope chain and it's the worst quality. Since I bought it 2.5 years ago I have sent to get it fixed 5 times. When I bought the chain the sales representative fail to tell the chain was hollow not a solid chain. I paid alot of money for something that breaks every time. I feel the jewelry there is not good quality at all.

Big thank you today with the Assistant Manager the the Marlborough Mall location who had did more than what he could to work with me and my budget purchasing a necklace with heart for a special someone.He sure made day and more.

Came to this location as the website showed stock of a clearance item I was interested in. Instantly loved the ring, but knew it needed to be sized down. As Michael Hill doesn't offer in-house sizing, the associate directed me to a fellow jeweler in the mall and discussed sizing options with myself & the on-site goldsmith. I appreciated the collaborative approach to getting me the perfect ring!

I purchased earrings for my wife for a Christmas present from this location. After she wore them only a few times, she developed a severe allergy. Her ear became inflamed and red. Eventually after trying to overcome the allergy, her ear became infected. The doctor said never wear them again. Apparently something used in the metal is causing a reaction.Although they did mention a no return policy on earrings, I thought this would be a unique and serious enough issue that they would at least consider providing an in store credit. They refused and said it's policy.Horrible experience working with the staff and manager at this location. People's return their product, why can't Michael Hill. Especially given the circumstance.Will never shop there again!!!

I was at the store a few days ago, I was visibly having trouble deciding what to get for an early mother’s day gift and an associate, Jine, approached me and helped me decide the perfect piece. Honestly without her kindness and great advice I wouldn’t have gotten to see my mother smile like she did. Thank you Jine.

I waited 20 mins in line to find out they only replace products batteries of their own products. Not to mention no social distancing. People hovering over other people and touching each other. Not a location I recomend unless your made of money.
