I used to take my VW Golf to a large VW sales and service place in Calgary until one day it would not take gasoline into the tank. The "full service" diagnosis was to replace the full gas tank for about $3,000!! I found Mid-Town on the web who fixed the problem by replacing a $79 part!!BTW: The service manager of the large organization explained that his technicians "could not be creative with repairs."Since then I have used Mid-Town for routine service.For creative service and fair price they are 5-star.Service: Oil change

A repair shop you can trust! The engine in my diesel Mercedes had dramatically lost power. I was expecting a repair bill of thousands of dollars only to be told it was just a torn hose. I will be coming to Mid Town forever!

Took my VW in with an engine issue. They said they knew the fix after I suggested what could be wrong and they shut me down. Changed out a bunch of parts later and 3 appointments, they tell me they were “trial and erroring” it and the problem had not been fixed. Turned out the issue is what I had initially told them it was after visiting a new mechanic. So annoyed, will never go back.
