These guys are amazing!! Did my exhaust work on my truck!! Also had a full inspection done at a later date, very informative and detailed!! Very understanding group of mechanics and will go the extra mile to explain things in detail. Highly recommend!

I had a oil change done here and they did a courtesy check and went over some items that needed attention. Some things genuinely needed fixing, but they gave a long list of stuff that had to be replaced and or fixed. This place is very slimey, recommending extra things that were not necessary to be replaced. I went to a independent car mechanic to verify the claims made by the courtesy check, and it turned out only 2/5 items on the list needed to be replaced.
Midas recommended me replace the struts ( only a few years old), the stabilizer links ( I had just replaced these two years ago!), in addition to the stuff that I actually needed done.
I am never coming here again, what a slimey place.

These guys are amazing! I called for a braking emergency and they got me in 2 hrs before closing on the last day before the Thanksgiving weekend. They didn't have the parts in the store so they drove around to four different stores to get them. They had all the guys working on it past closing. The one gentleman even offered to drive me home if they couldn't get it done today. It's an expensive fix, but it's definitely something that I need. I am also forever grateful for all the hard work these guys did 💯 👍🏼

I was referred by jiffy lube to Midas and I’m very thankful for that referral. John and his team really took the time to help me. I found them to be honest and even friendly. Be careful! My wheels were 100% fine until bringing my truck here for an oil change and tire rotation. I picked the truck back up and asked John if I needed to come back after 100km to have the wheels re-torqued. He said that I could if I wanted to. Taking it home, I noticed the truck wasn't driving as smooth as it had before and I figured that maybe the wheels needed to be re-balanced since they were now positioned differently. I drove it to work the next morning and it was still off. When I went to drive home later that day, however, things were much worse and it felt like a wheel was coming off. I pulled into a parking lot and discovered that two of my lug nuts had come right off and a third was about to come off! Had I been on the highway, this could have caused fatalities and/ or an extremely bad accident!I called John and he was very apologetic. The shop was too far to get my truck to safely, so I got it back to my work (only blocks away). There I discovered that the rear wheels were properly tortured to 100LBS and the front wheels were not. I updated John and he seemed to think that they would surely cover some new lug nuts in light of what happened, and I told him it sure was a good thing that it wasn't my wife and 3-year old son in the vehicle when this happened.I paid out-of-pocket for new lug nuts, torqued everything (myself) properly to 100LBS and haven't had a problem since. John later told me that he reviewed the video from their shop and said that he could clearly see their tech torquing the wheels down. He spoke to the owner and the owner has A) refused to reimburse me the $50 for the lug nuts and B) denied any wrongdoing. As a business owner, I'm amazed by this. You get what you pay for, so pray that your wheels get torqued properly!I haven't even checked the oil, yet. Hopefully at least one of the two simple tasks were done correctly.
