I went to this location in Parkhill. The Manger was rude. I had an appointment booked for a week. The guy said when I came in that they close in 3 1/2 hours. They may not be able to get my transmission fluid changed. I said why didn’t you call me and tell me? I went up the road to the other Midias. They did it in a half hour.
I will never return to that location. I will recommend all friends and family to go to other locations. I hope the owner is aware this and speaks to him

They used to be very good, the people here changed and now they want to replace parts every time you make an appointment. My vehicle was shaking violently when braking on the highway, took it in three times before they finally replaced the rotors (in the meantime they did a bunch of unneccessary stuff), think they didn't want to do it under warranty. I'm going somewhere else now.

It was the best experience I've ever had buying tires. Adam was awesome. He worked with my budget and got me the best deal possible. The service was great, friendly, efficient, done in a timely manner. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience

I don’t take to giving too many poor reviews of businesses but I was a customer of this location for a long time- it used to be great and they would go out of their way to provide us with prompt, friendly service.
Sadly it seems like service has gone downhill recently- front desk staff are not polite and I received nothing but attitude the last time I went there. I’ll be moving my business elsewhere.

I brought my wife's car in for an inspection. Once it came back, I found it needed new brakes and a new exhaust pipe. The team was very helpful and said it would get done that day. While I did take longer than they expected it would, they stayed to make sure everything was done correctly. I would 100% recommend coming here for car work.

Very up front about potential costs. Did complete check and when I decided the car might not be worth the price of getting it fixed, I was not charged anything. Seemed very honest and was helpful

Midas is my go-to place for regular car services.
Their complimentary check for items are just a game changer for people like me who don’t usually understand a lot about cars - never been ripped off here as well.
Dean’s customer service was also quite nice. Will come back when needed.

I have just picked up my GMC terrain that I had in. I was VERY impressed with the service and staff at Midas on mccloud trail. From getting my SUV in very quickly to the sevice call they gave me. Explained everything I wanted to know or had questions about is a very easily understandable way. Thank you very much for making this an enjoyable experience.

Well this day didn’t go well for me on my visit to this Midas location, I booked an appointment for 8 am. For custom exhaust work, the call taker a week earlier suggested the appointment because of the nature of the job, I arrived at 745 am I checked in and while checking in the phone was ringing, not unusual of course, the gentleman answered and put the caller on hold and finished checking me in, i expected to be there for a few hours given the work to be done, I went and sat down the gentleman took the call off hold and I could hear the whole conversation, he was having, the man at the shop well you have two exhaust jobs, one is waiting, and one was a drop off, I immediately thought oh sh&t cause I was the exhaust who was waiting, I’ll admit I generally don’t have a ton of patience, but I took a deep breath and waited, finally at 830 my car was pulled in, a good sign I thought, but nope, I waited until 9 AM, now I’m an hour into my appointment and nothing has been done, I went to the counter and asked if the exhaust guy came up with a plan for my car, only to be told he wasn’t even there yet, apparently the exhaust guy had an emergency at home, and I know life happens and family is more important than anything else, my issue is with the lack of communication, don’t leave people sitting in your waiting room and in the dark, I would personally rather be told the truth and not like it, than be lied to, by not coming forward and saying anything he essentially was letting me believe that something was being done, but absolutely nothing was, I can’t get back the time I just sat there for nothing, but I can take my money elsewhere.
