I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I was told that the technician put in 8 L of oil into my vehicle that only holds 6 L. When I mentioned it to the manager, he told me that if the dipstick is low, they keep adding oil. I had to bring my vehicle in a second time to have the extra oil drained at which time they told me that there was only an extra half a litre of oil. This means they charged me for a litre and a half more than what they actually put in. When I ask for a refund since I had to come in twice for a simple oil change and because if I hadn't checked the oil myself there could have been damage to seals and the catalytic converter, I was told the computer system wouldn't allow them to do it. Was the worst service ever! I would advise to bring your vehicle somewhere else!

Had my tires changed just before winter arrived, got 4 for the price of 3. these guys did a great job, professional and all around taking the time to tell me about other issues i should address at a later date,. if you need a to get it done, yes it might be or not a tad higher, at least your not waiting for the tires to arrive then book an appointment , and hoping winter hasn't started before this happens. they work hard and should be paid accordingly , so 5 stars from me ... i'll be back soon enough .. lol

Great service. Took pictures of the problems. Never seen that before. Very upfront with the things that needed to be addressed. Loved that there was a list of things that were ok, things that need to be addressed in the future, and things that needed to be taken care of asap. Really appreciate the honesty, no BS. Thanks Dean to you and your team. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

My experience with Midas was great! My muffler started making noise so I went to my Honda dealership first. They said I needed an entirely new exhaust system, which would cost over $4,000. I thought that was outrageous, so I went to Midas. Roman laughed at the dealership price, and said he would fix it for 1/7th the price. It came in just over $500. Wuthin a week, it started rattling, so I took it back. Roman said it was a faulty part and he replaced it for no charge. No problems since! I can't say enough good things about Roman and his team.

I haven't delt with midas in 20 years. Same deal as the last time I used their service. They are way more expensive than the dealer and found a bunch of stuff wrong with the car the dealer said was good.

Got brakes done for a BMW. Roman quoted a reasonable price for the job including branded parts. Extremely happy with the friendly service! Will definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality work and peace of mind.
