Iv seen multiple people have to move there storage from here for these issues.

I've been storing my stuff here through out most of 2024
What is have received in return is a pile of mouse feces.
They had insurance on the locker
Insurance doesn't cover mice
I'm out all my stuff,
Now they are pawning my stuff after doing absolutely nothing over destroying it all.
My kids winter stuff ruined
My wife's winter stuff ruined
All of our photos shedded
Things we just can't replace
This storage facility ruined our lives
I've got 4 kids to feed and clothes aren't cheap
These little guys had nothing start of this winter
You guys should be ashamed of the facility you are running.
The last remaining amount of my stuff that I kinda wanted to save is being auctioned on the 2nd
Theres Nothing of great value just personal baby stuff from when the wife was young and some other random things
It's crazy the way this was handled by mini mall.
I'll be getting a lawyer when I financially recover from this.

Took a friend over to pay her bill to find out this office is not even there anymore. She'd been trying to call and none of her calls were being returned. She is an older lady that doesn't drive and it should be expected of these individuals to notify tenants that pay via debit in office that they have moved.

Absolutely amazing experience getting a 10x10 unit with Mini Mall Storage. I first went online to reserve a unit, and a couple days later Joe texted me to check in when id be coming to finalize everything, i went down that day and was greeted by Andrew who already knew i was coming thanks to Joe passing on the information. Signed a few papers quickly and was all good to go! He explained everything and was incredibly friendly. I received a 50% off promotion for my first 2 months, which is incredible. The storage unit is so easy to access and nice high ceilings so i could stack my bins well.
Highly recommend this place and the people who manage it!

This place was not only the least expensive , the employees were very pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond the customer service adage. I will use them again and I recommend them to everyone.
