Very disappointed with this dealer and also #minicanada, mini.ca Long story I picked up a used 2018 Countryman JCW and wanted to find Winter Wheel set for this. Went to dealer and inquired at parts dept what package they had for this car and was given information of the Wheels that would fit. Also looked at mini canada online and online stated even more options. Not wanting to pay full price I checked out used Wheels and found a set that were exactly what the parts dept told me would fit. Brought my car into dealer for them to mount these new wheels. After they mounted them I was called into the service dept and told these were not the right wheels for this car and shown the damage the service dept had caused by mounting these and driving the car. They front callipers were damaged and also the inside of the wheels where they had scraped the callipers. They did bring someone in to touch up the callipers with some paint but to me these are damaged now and the wheels are damaged and hard to sell these wheels myself with damage. I contacted mini.ca and they were no help. I feel they should have replaced the callipers and repaired the wheels. Just an update I did find out there is no Winter package for this year car. what’s installed on this one is the only wheel that will fit. Thanks to mini dealer in Edmonton for letting me know this.

"check engine" light always makes me nervous! So straight to the dealer it was.It was easy to get an appointment on line. (nice website, easy to use) I drove in from out-of-town and the service department was quick and efficient. They identified the problem and repaired it while I waited. The repair was explained clearly, I was able to approve (or not) from my phone, and work was reasonably priced.I'm very pleased with my mini and even more pleased to find that, though I'm outside of Calgary, service is still easy

Just wanted to highlight our experience with MINI Calgary, although we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, yet. We met and dealt with Moe, a very nice, friendly young salesman who went out of his way to educate and inform us on anything we wanted to know about the Countryman vehicle. We met with him twice and test drove a vehicle and his no-pressure approach and follow ups were very nice. Would highly recommend you checkout this friendly dealership and especially Moe!

Had a No Charge Scheduled Maintenance done. First and only one I received as its only scheduled every 16000 KMI was hoping that I would get a good service to the vehicle as in some type of inspection. But, they missed a very important part of inspection and said it was inspected. And what kind of inspection is a "quick glance".I can understand how the used car dealer that I bought it from missed the defect. Out the door is all it matters I to some. But to have a Mini dealer miss this obvious defect and send me on the road with a substantial defect. How dare you do such a thing."You will have peace of mind with every drive" is what they say on their website. I don't even want to drive my Mini anymore.Thanks Mini Calgary!
