I’ll be reaching out to PC and Mobil to find out why this station isn’t recognizing PC members. It doesn’t recognize the card and even when adding your account phone number, it does nothing, and the receipt shows that you did not get any points. This is clearly an issue with the station as my card and pc financial Mastercard is recognized for points at the Deerfoot Meadows Mobil.

This attendant wouldnt ring two veve 8000 puff vapes through because the deal that comes up in their system he claimed was a glitch. Sat there arguing about it for 5 minutes while he called the owners and they told him not to sell it. The deal is 31.49 for two at all mobil and coop gas bars. To get refused sale is wild. They clearly have no clue whats going on

When I was pumping at a lower price they stopped my pump increases the price as I was pumping and changed it to the higher price

At the pump and fuelling and it suddenly stopped. Gas prices on the sign jumped 20 cents in the middle of fuelling, and they stopped the pumps.

Typically the price leader in this part of town, as it tries to compete with Costco. When it does so, it is always a couple cents higher. Can be super busy with all the inconveniences that come with that. Never go in the store but drive out of my way to buy the gas

The pumps no longer recognizes pc optimum loyalty anymore… haven’t worked since September. The Esso app doesn’t work (just declines the transaction), the pump does not recognize a pc Mastercard, and going to the cashier to pay still skips out on the loyalty points. Not worth the long lines and slightly cheaper gas

During a busy period when fuel prices were lower, I was lined up behind two cars at a pump. After the first customer finished fueling, he was nice to tell me that the next vehicle in line had no driver and that I would need to drive around it to access the pump. A few minutes later, the driver returned and stated he was an employee of the station and that he was filling his personal vehicle before prices increased.
To be clear, I had no issue with the employee fueling his own car. However, when I asked him to hurry up as it already was busy, his response was extremely unprofessional. He stated, “then I am going to shut this pump down.” When I asked why, he replied, “because there is going to be a problem with this pump.” and then he went ahead to fill up fuel. This came across as a direct threat meant to inconvenience me further, not as a legitimate issue. As a result, I felt pressured and hurried through filling my own gas tank because I was concerned that he would actually close that pump after.
I found this behavior highly inappropriate, disrespectful, and not representative of the standards customers expect. Customers deserve fair access to fuel and courteous treatment, not to be threatened or intimidated by staff members.
This location is my go-to location and I didn't want to give it 1 star.

Price is good but the slowest pump I ever saw. It took about 10 minutes to fill up a 60L tank. And because of that, you are expected to line up for at least 60 minutes.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Absolutely 0 customer service. Waited in line this afternoon as it was still a low price for between 30-40 minutes, only to have them jump the price without notice. All of a sudden everyone was leaving and a guy was yelling they changed the price. Confused, I noticed the board said 139.9 all of a sudden (from 109.9). The attendant really should have made their way to the vehicles to inform them of what was happening to save everyone the time of sitting there. Absolutely disgusting business practice.
