Good Storage Facility; Strong Customer Service
I recently rented a unit here to store some furniture between move-out and move-in dates.
When I called the central Sentinel booking service on August 11th I informed them of the dates I would need, and I was told over the phone that I would not be charged past the move out date of October 2nd. Given that I was planning a six and a half week rental, and the first four weeks would be free, this sounded great.
While there were some subsequent miscommunications around how many weeks I would be required to pay for, company management reached out to me promptly and rectified the situation promptly. I have been quite pleased with their efforts to make it right, and that service, combined with the great facility would lead me to recommend Sentinel to others.

Great experience at Sentinel Storage. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and I felt my belongings were secure. Meghna made sure that I have a great experience with them. She was wonderful and made the rental process easy and smooth for me.
