We parked to go in to get something small and the pharmacist immediately was upset we parked there and told us we have to be fast in the pharmacy. When I went in and asked for a product in stock, he asked if I was definitely buying it to which I responded I needed to see it to determine that and he said rudely said no it isn't in stock (obviously not true).
1. Your parking situation is not the customer's fault so change it or deal with it but do not be rude to others because of that.
2. As a Canadian licensed pharmacist myself who works in a community pharmacy, this type of treatment of customers is a disappointment. Customer service is part of working in the community and should not be dictated by HOW MUCH you are making off of that customer, whether it is through prescriptions or over the counter sales. I'm sure if I had 5 prescriptions to fill versus possibly buying one OTC item, the interaction would have been different. A customer looking at something to buy (even if they don't buy it) should be treated with equal respect as a customer filling medications. Whether this was a bad day or the way non-regular customers are treated, it is not okay.
Being kind and respectful to others are integral to being a good HCP and I guess cannot be taught in pharmacy school.

Mohammed is the best pharmacist! I had to take a long flight and asked for his help with a cough. He gave me a medication that made the cough go away, I can't thank him enough! He's very attentive and answers all your questions, I recommend him 100%!

Mr. Mohammad is a wonderful pharmacist and a great addition to the neighborhood! He takes time to answer any questions you may have about your medication and was really great during flu season when my I brought my kids in for their annual shots.

Mohammed is a caring and professional pharmacist. He has helped me on a number of occasions understand my prescriptions. He is careful to explain the medicine, prescribe, quickly fill and contacts the doctor when needed. It is always easy to get necessary vaccinations too. He is kind, knowledgeable and professional.

Tells customers that he cannot provide for them because they cost him too much money . The containers are .50 each and goes through how he doesn’t make much off you . Called me a stupid women right to their face

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever had. I switched last year from Safeway for a number of reasons and will be staying with Montgomery pharmacy for a long time. This pharmacy actually cares and always makes sure you have what you need. He is very in the ball with your medications, and you feel like you're not just another customer. I would very much recommend to anyone reading this that’s looking for a RELIABLE FRIENDLY AND DEPENDABLE PHARMACY. 👍

Highly recommend - best care I have ever received from a pharmacist. He is so knowledgeable about everything and always provides additional advice and instruction well above what's normally given. He also helped me save some money and time by selecting a different dosage (eg. I split one pill in half, versus take two of a different dosage - more cost effective and convenient).I also recently had to fill several prescriptions to help me heal from a particularly nasty bout of COVID, and he was very caring and concerned for my well-being. Four prescriptions were ready in less than 30 minutes, and he gave me kind well-wishes as well as crucial instructions for use my doctor didn't provide. Thank you!

I have just recently returned to Calgary and I was fortunate enough to bump into Montgomery Pharmacy. I have nothing but good things to say about it, the pharmacist goes out of his way to get my daily medication’s to me. Such wondrous care that I receive they make you feel better and that your prescriptions are all doing what they are supposed to do. If you want a great pharmacy go here, you are a somebody here and not just a number like the big ones do. Four thumbs up.
