Don't go to that garage. I went on October 30th for oil change and tire changes. When i got back home, i noticed that my wheels where all scratch. Badly. I went there twice, and i never got a call back. The job was poorly done, not call back whatsoever. Its been more than a month. The fees were super high, and my wheels are now all scratched on my Lexus. I am still waiting for a resolution but they just dont care.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced with Vince since 2012. Monza opened in 2001. Yes, he specializes in German/Asian/Italian/European high-end import vehicles (but services domestic automobiles as well), but after I had to get rid of my Mercedes coupe to accommodate twin babies (where there was no way the car seats would work LOL). I have since had my Jeep Grand Cherokee, Acura MDX and VW Atlas serviced there. Over the years, many outstanding front desk associates have excelled in providing excellent customer service by answering questions/booking appointments/offer advice (to name a few). Riley is the most current one. Some of the types of vehicles that come through: Just think: the owners of the Lambos, Ferraris, and Mercedes trust Vince and his staff more than the brand dealerships to work on their cars. As for value, Monza has technicians with over 25+ years of experience. They use high-quality products (LiquiMoly), and at the time of writing, they are usually ~$80/hr cheaper than certain dealerships. Vince does an amazing job not only owning the shop but also running it/operating it. He is never afraid to get his hands dirty. Monza has a vast network of contacts in the industry, and if you need a specific size of new tires - "he's got a guy," you scraped/nicked a rim - "he's got a guy" you need a new stereo or radar detector- "he's got a guy." I value loyalty, honesty, and trust. Vince (Monza) hits the trifecta. Also, on a side note, Vince is a huge community supporter, always giving back.

Top notch guys, very honest, work completed quickly and always on budget, customer service second to none!!! Definitely my go to guys for our work and personal vehicles.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received . I brought my car in for turbo oil feed line change, and not only was it not fixed properly, but I also experienced additional issues afterward, I had my engine light on after 10 minutes of driving the car, my engine was not washed, The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to my concerns.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! Got my car into the shop with no delay and completed my out of province examination in no time. At no point did I feel pressured into any repairs that weren't necessary, and the car passed with flying colors. They showed me some things to repair down the road like a very minor oil leak that I didn't know about.
If you're looking for quality work at a great price from people you can trust, these are the crew your looking for.

I would highly recommend Monza Auto for all your full service vechical repairs .
Their service manager ,Riely and thier certified Mechanics are very knowledgeable in all makes and model's of Vehicles.
The ower Vince always has the time and patience to explain the purpose and process for the repairs and more important to help maintain a proper maintenance schedule
They show the same attention to detail for both my classic C5 Corvette and my Ford F150 Truck.

I’ve been going to these guys for a few years now and I’ve come to find out they aren’t as great and honest as they make themselves out to be. I took my car in for a second option up after going to Monza and learned that most of the things that they said were wrong w my car were completely fine- they were just trying to squeeze some extra cash out of me. Not only that but they lied about sending a claim to my warranty company so I could get my car fixed. In conclusion, I do not recommend going to these guys
