The community really needs them to pull It together. The store has potential but unfortunately it's not the best. Convenient at times but lacking. Please renovate the school kids would actually go there and buy stuff or sell or get new management.

Before retrieving my ICS courier pkg, I read negative reviews and was afraid they'd lost my pkg. Thankfully, pick-up was uneventful providing ID and Asian lady provided service without incident! Just a fam run biz. Thanks a bunch!!

Went there for the first time. I promise you I will never,ever go there again.This store was absolutely filthy and the smell when you walk in hits you right in the face. The young cashier wasn't very polite at all and really didnt give a care how she dealt with us. Not sure what was going on in there but they had bikes,old boots in open boxes. Just dirty.. The health board should be notified.

Do not drop off any packages here! They will likely disappear, and the owner will not take any responsibility. Not only is Canpar unreliable, this connivence store does not keep any records of pickups, etc. so there is no way to know if things are actually getting picked up. They are also completely unhelpful and rude when something does go "missing." Total dump not worth your time.

Every time I have come to this location I have been very disappointed. I am a very kind, patient, and understanding individual and treat everyone with respect, however, every time I come to this location I am completely disrespected by who I believe is the owner. She is horribly rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, and dismissive. The state of the establishment shows how much the owners care (which is not much). The store looks as if it’s used as a storage centre and a convenience store all in one. It’s one of the most ghetto stores I’ve been to. 10/10 would never recommend and I am honestly surprised with how many good reviews this store has. My friends and family accompanied me multiple times when visiting this location and they witnessed how unprofessionally the woman handles situations she may not fully understand. If she doesn’t understand, she will get mad and frustrated at you and shut you down, EVEN when you are treating her with nothing but kindess. Do not use this service, you will more than likely regret it. Save the possible trouble and use a more for sure thing.

I will always support our local convenience store. They have just about anything you need in there and their prices are definitely fair. The owners treat all of my family so well that I would much rather give them my business than 7-11 or The Circle K. Also, if you're a dog owner, be sure to check out their raw dog food fridge!
