Motorwerkes has performed service work on my two BMWs over the last three years. They are very knowledgeable about BMW service requirements, trustworthy and fair. Service is always done as committed and communication from the front office from time of setting the appointment to completion of the service is excellent. They will continue to get my BMW service business.

The most I can say is that their staff are nice and polite. I sit here reviewing a quote given to me last year for 4 brand new winter tires, quoted at $1,763. I received a call from them last year when they were installing my almost new winter tires. They told me one had a hole in the sidewall and was not repairable. This was odd considering they were sitting in my garage for the entire summer fully inflated with no trace of any leaks. They proceeded to quote me for 4 new tires because of course they didn't make that particular tire anymore. I asked them to show me or send me a video of the leak, they said they could not. They also said they have a price match guarantee, so I went out to find a similar tire that would match for less. They would not match the price. Another excuse given. I asked them to save the tire for me and I took it back. They charged me a disposal fee for that tire which they should not have. This week I took my tire to Kal Tire in North Hill Mall (great people, great service!). I asked them to re-rim and check the tire for me. Alas, nothing was wrong with the tire... Every time I've gone to Motorwerkes for simple maintenance, something else came up and was twice as much or more to repair. When reviewed for a second opinion, nothing was wrong with my vehicle. We all need to make money, but not like this. I will never use or recommend these guys! I have back-up for all this, but to save those involved I will not use their names.

Motorwerkes saved me $2,600 over Sheni's Auto Trend to do con rod bearings / motor & tranny mounts / transmission service (tranny pans) / alignment and filters. They were more communicative, knowledgeable, got the parts over 6 weeks faster, had the car for 4 days as opposed to two weeks, all for $2,600 less. If that doesn't convince you this is the right shop, I really don't know what to tell you.

Unfortunately, Motorwerkes has had to deal with my Mini several times over the last few weeks… fortunately, they have provided great service every time! A big thank you to Alex, Allison, Parm, and all of the mechanics behind the scenes that worked on my vehicle. Motorwerkes’ patience, communication, and kindness has not gone unnoticed, and I’ve greatly appreciated all of their hard work getting my vehicle back into shape. Thank you!
