I was looking for shorts, and one of the managers offered to help us. He showed me some shorts that were very comfortable and on sale. He then offered to give us a discount if we bought another pair online for the same price as one. 10/10 would recommend coming here

Such a disappointment!!! 6 days ago at 12 dec my wife bought a ski jacket for me from market mall location. In the mean time i got it cheaper in their website. Today my wife went there to return the one she bought from there around 2:30pm. During purchase they couldn’t give us actual receipt but credit card charging receipt because of their machine issues that’s what they said. But today while my wife gave them the receipt with jacket to return they were showing very rude attitude. Several times they were asking my wife did she use the jacket with a strange suspicious look. The two lady associates were sniffing the jacket with confirm look that as if she is telling lies, brought an used jacket to return. Every time she was mentioning that the tags are still intact but they still were giving attitude and sniffing the jacket. What a disgusting customer service two ladies were giving her. I wonder how could a retailer hire that kind of weird associates!!!! Really a disgusting experience!!!!! Such a harassment she had ever been!!! # Harasser, # Disgusting customer service, # Unprofessional.

I recently visited Mountain Warehouse at Market Mall and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation where I felt the customer service was not up to par. The individual I interacted with, a tall staff member with a shaved head, exhibited behaviours that I found to be very rude and potentially racially insensitive.I believe businesses must create a welcoming environment for all customers, and my experience fell short of that expectation. I hope that sharing this feedback, can contribute to improving the overall customer service at Mountain Warehouse.

Don't go Mountain Warehouse in Market Mall branch. The Manager named Cindy should go back to learn simple addition and subtraction in math as well as what is politeness in elementary school. She blamed on the customer didn't understand her unreasonable logic and not understand how hard she trained the staff who did mistake. Is Mountain Warehouse very hard to find another one to replace this rude manager? She may be the relatives of the Mountain Warehouse CEO so she still can work in the store. I saw I am not the only one to complain her in the google review, but she never think what's wrong of her attitude at all

The Mountain Warehouse branch in CF Market Mall is a great place to do some shopping for your warm clothes in preparation for winter. They have a wide range of products for men, women, and kids.The only issue is that it seems they are understaffed. I had chosen my jacket but I had to wait for a while for one staff to see that I was ready to pay and leave. This is not a very professional customer service that there is no one as a cashier at the counter, and I, the customer, have to call someone.

Update: their summer clothing is great on sale. Lots of reasonable clothing options.We like going to Mountain Warehouse for budget winter clothing for our kids. For the price, they aren't as durable, but kids outgrow their clothing in a season or two, so Mountain Warehouse works out for us.The selection is decent, and the colors are nice. The store is pretty packed with merchandise, so you have to be comfortable with small spaces.Staff are friendly and helpful, though, expect that for sale items, what you see on the floor is what is in stock.

Products are fine, but customer service is lacking. Asked for a receipt, and because the printer wasn't working, she brushed me off, stating it was my fault for not providing an email. Go for the clothing, but don't go interacting with the people.

Came here to buy a mountain a few days ago and the staff told me that they don't sell them here. But I know that they have one in the back; if they didn't, then why would the store be called Mountain Warehouse?1/5

Again I wish there was an option of negative star. They just racial profiled us for the wrong race and told us about the typical order that us people have in our house...
