It seems that parts stores have forgotten customers aren't there to hang out and wait around for you to do your job. It's great when they have the part in stock, it's a joke you have to wait 5 plus minutes for someone to go pick it and bring it up front. I spent 10 years as a parts person and if I had been this useless for half a day I never would have made it that far. Go get the part your customer is here for and actually offer service to your customer. I won't be back and advise anyone who values their time to skip this location. What a joke of a business.

Had a very bad experience with Tom T at this location. On Saturday I simply went to return 2 RV batteries and get my deposit back. I had my original receipt in hand. I was told that is not possible it had been 4yrs and I had passed my time frame to receive my deposit back. I tried to explain ti Tom he was incorrect and it was a deposit like a pop can. He increasingly became mad at me and told me I was wrong, that he had worked for NAPA for 9yr and yelled that I can’t “ tell me how to do my job”. In return I told him he needs more training and I left to head to the foothills NAPA. Sam at foothills had no problem taking the cores and apologized for how I was treated by Tom.NAPA - Please speak with Tom, this is no way to be treated. I had planned on replacing my 2 dead batteries with new NAPA batteries. After that experience I’ll be going elsewhere.

Open during construction. Huge warehouse!Service agent had attitude that he could’ve cared less if I got what I wanted or to help me. He was so put out by having to help or answer my questions regarding purchasing windshield wipers.I noticed the other agent, Rob, was pleasant & considerate with the clients he served. Wish I had gotten Rob instead.Sadly, an unpleasant customer service experience here.

Horrible customer service we spent over 3000 in parts,and he wouldn't return an extra part with our receipt.!!manager talked with a condescending undertone,told me it's irrelevant if they have boxes in the back,go to auto parts,geez Canadian tire is even better,if I could give 0 stars it's a very well deserved 0!!

Just went to purchase a dipstick at this location and the employee seemed like he didn’t wanna be there or just didn’t want to help me. After paying for the dipstick, I was given a receipt and told that it’ll be ready for me in 10-20 mins. After waiting 20 minutes in my car and expecting for it to be brought out to me, I walked back in and was helped by a different employee who literally walked around the back and handed it to me within seconds. If you don’t want to be working somewhere, then don’t and if you don’t want to deal with customers, get a job that’s not in customer service. That was upsetting and unacceptable.

I'm not sure how others feel but I've always been a Napa guy...never had any issues with shopping at any location or online purchases.

Love Napa! Always great quality parts! I drive an old truck, and they still have the basic maintenance stuff on the shelf like oil and fuel filters. Today needed instrument panel lighting,….on a Sunday afternoon. Guy there was more than happy to find a match after the catalog didn’t list them, and my research wasn’t right either.

Gas prices are sky high now so it was even more important to me not to make a needless trip so I phoned for the specific oil filter and oil I needed. I was told both were in stock (I asked for the filter make - Mobil - along with the part number as well as Pennzoil Ultra Platinum oil). I drove to the address given on the site, really hard to access, no parking. I was told that that was their oil change location, so I wasn't off to a good start. You probably know where this is going When I did get to the right location, they didn't have either the specific oil or filter that I'd phoned to verify earlier, they don't even stock Mobil filters - of any type!. Totally careless and unprofessional.
